2 bedrooms, plenty of space, laundry, friendly and helpful staff

The layout -- rooms had full kitchens

The bathtubs had no grab bars or mats so very slippery. The dryer had long black hair in it so had not been wiped out.

I love being able to have a small apartment for such a great price. We will definitely stay here from now on. And it was so clean, bed was comfortable. The young man who was working the night shift was amazing and went above and beyond for us.

Had a couple minor snags. No shower curtain or shampoo but they did bring it to me when I asked. The soda machine was broken also.

Everything was very clean (no carpet - yay!) and the furniture was comfortable.

No ice machine, and the icemaker in the fridge was turned off, so we had to go out for ice.

Spacious room. Very nice, comfortable, clean, and safe

The hot water ran out in the shower. I do not take super long showers, and it ran out. I¿ve never experienced that at a hotel. Very disappointing.

I didn't get to stay. I had to cancel my reservation whitin a fee hours and was still charged.

I didn't receive a refund after canceling within a few hours. I got the run around from them as well as the booking agent.

Queen bed was closer to a full. Couch and chair were very hard. No cush at all. lOOKS GOOD, BUT NOT COMFORTABLE

What did not like in my room, there was no working desk for my laptop. Also there was no trash can to throw away my trash. I wish there were both for my room as a working traveler.

The people were very nice and the check in process was very quick and easy thanks to Rus!

For the room that we had, the price was exceptional. I was surprised at the amenities. It was in a central location and easy to get to everything that we wanted to see in Kansas City.

I only had one complaint. The Internet was terrible. I tried on several of my devices to get on the Internet and it was very bad. In fact, I ended up not using the Internet at all, but used my iPhone 5G.
