Yes, the false advertisement of the breakfast. I thought it was a full breakfast, but it was nothing but coffee and a muffin.

The personnel were kind, knowledgeable and helpful, The continental breakfast offered was adequate but there was no gathering area to be seated with family or friends, I also used the treadmill which was very adequate in a secured area.

No Ice machine anywhere, smelled of smoke the moment you walked in till you got to your room. Front desk rarely has someone there they were either out smoking or in office. They were rude when asked something.

Staff was rude Room was not clean at all- bar of soap smeared and stuck to bathroom wall, something was wadded up and stuck to ceiling, counter tops were sticky. Smelled of smoke

This hotel was not anything like I thought it would be. I did not like anything about it.

The hotel has an odor of being dirty. I entered the room and immediately smelled a greasy odor. I immediately picked up my bags and left the property. My reservations were non refundable which sucked, but overall I was not staying there.

Price was reasonable and bed was comfortable.

In the morning there were people coming to work in neighboring businesses that made it harder to navigate.

Grab and Go breakfast was very weak. Did not meet expectations. It was advertised as a $7 room upgrade and turns out it is available to all customers. we were purposely misled to purchase an inferior product.

Night staff are professional and go the extra mile to accommodate you. Don't appreciate the 9am phone calls or knocking on the door the day of checkout. I set my alarm. I work late into the hours of the evening. I would like the full time of sleep

I think if there was one thing I could have different in our room was the pillows. We only had 3 on our bed instead of four like most other hotels and they were a little flat. But other than that we will stay there again and this time bring our own pillow

The hotel was VERY DIRTY. Mold and visible dirt in the bathroom. Sheets were filthy. I was scared to go to sleep. I ended up checking out 5 hours after checking in. And I still haven't received my deposit back.

The staff was ver friendly. The room was very large and accommodated my family.

Yes, they took a $100 deposit, they mentioned money will return next day. Two days later I still not getting my money back

The staff was very rude. Charged additional hidden fees at check in and placed a hold on my credit card for $100 which still has not been returned after checking out of the room (in better shape than I found it) several days ago

The hotel was very convenient for traveling to my sister¿s house.

The hotel room had a terrible smell that would not go away even when I sprayed Lysol. We also got flea bites from putting our luggage on the floor. The carpet was absolutely disgustingly filthy. It needed to be cleaned not just vacuumed.

It had shady people staying there. The staff was not very good. The vending machine did not work. Mainly all the drug users hanging around.

Quiet, convenient, and clean and comfortable

Nothing really notable. There is a broken down van in the back parking lot that should be removed and pet rooms could be limited to a certain area or on opposite ends verse in the middle of certain floors. Towel exchange could be more convenient.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. The room smelled like a meth lab. Switch rooms and that one was filthy and had bugs. We left and booked another hotel.
