Hyatt Place Overland Prk Metcalf

Cleanliness

Free breakfast was limited and No-indoor pool

Location is great.

Security and breakfast could use improvement. Eggs are horrible. Food choices are very very limited.

Sitting area in room

Pillows and not enough coffee dispensers for breakfast.

Room size was great except for the bathroom setup

The toilet/shower area had no room to move around. The door almost hit the toilet and you had to pivot to get the door to shut. Not enough shelving or hooks in the bathroom area. Sink is in bedroom area and woke up fellow roomies when it was used at night

The room we stayed in was newly remodeled and absolutely beautiful! There was a sink/bar in the main area and a sink near the shower/toilet, which was behind a separate, locked door.

The only things we didn't care for was that the couch was uncomfortable and hard as a rock. Also, (which has become unfortunately common in hotels) the pillows were those small, square little things that you need half a dozen to give you any support.

Clean and modern

Under construction

The room was very nice and it was convenient to our location needs. Good Breakfast except for rock hard biscuits.

The advertisement stated there was a Restaurant and Bar. our non-cancellable reservation un-warned that the facility was under renovation, which was noisy very early. We spent more than normally wanting onsite rest and bar. Toilet paper was poorest ever.

The location

The bedding had stains. The bathroom was entirely too small the toilet and bathtub were literally next to each other you could use the bathroom and bathe at the same time. There was not enough seating for breakfast for as many guests that arrived

Location was convenient. Room was large and quiet. Friendly staff.

Room air was noisy. Staff said it was normal. I opened it up and the filter was totally clogged. Rinsed it off in the shower and then it was fine. Not enough seating for breakfast. No lounge chairs around the pool. Found a bottle of medicine on the floor

Customer service was outstanding I checked in late evening & was okayed to checkout late so I be well rested for the rest of my trip.

Nope. Loved everything

Clean and staff was great!

Only 1 elevator working, so a little slow.

Near a lot of things

There were several hairs that were not ours, found several dirty spots, hotel staff kept walking in our room without knocking.

Easy parking, rooms were very nice and employees were great.

The Ice machine on our floor did not work.

The hotel staff was wonderful. The location and room was nice.

Our room was not vacuumed and there was food crumbs and other things on the floor and in, on, and around sofa. Made us question what else was not cleaned.

Staff was very friendly.

Sink in bathroom to small. Could not open up or even lay my toiletries case on sink.

Nice staff, good location. The lobby was clean and had plenty of parking.

The smell on the floor we stayed on was bad when we first got there (but the room was okay); there were ants in the room.

The location, cleanliness and the breakfast.

Na

Location and amenities good for the price. Was clean and comfortable

I stay here regularly because the hotel is do-friendly and a convenient stop between St. Louis and Wichita. Lots of places to get food and nice, sizeable rooms, and the staff is always great.

This time there was a problem with the door latch to the bathroom. Some of the fixtures could stand replacing.

The seal on our widow was defective snd the wind whistled all night. The toilet flapper leaked so the toilet ran all night
