Nice staff. Breakfast option. Comfortable bed.

Dated overall, mildew smell in room. Worn cushions/towels in room. The room door had a large gap, possibly 2 inches!! Not safe. Dirty/Nasty ice machine on 2rd floor!! Tiny elevator that looks dirty/ old.

Location and price was great for what I was in town for - convention center was only a few minutes away.

Staff was amazing... Very accommodating and polite

Had a bad located room the first night (very loud boiler room noise off and on all night the first night as it was right below us) so they moved us the second night. Second room was a lot quieter but had "loud" people near us.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, free breakfast

The bedding was a little uncomfortable

Tha rooms were small.! Well at least Tha single rooms rI'm talking small but clean I had no problem with it but dam!

Location and proximity to Menorah Medical Center. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent.

First room to which we were assigned (308) smelled of dog urine and had ants coming up through the bathroom sink drain. Second room (301) was much cleaner. However,when we had to move the bed to retrieve cell phone, found food and trash behind headboard.

Front desk staff is ALWAYS friendly & accommodating.

Clean but no hand towels. I sleep in mornings, sometimes breakfast crowd is loud and this past stay rennovation crew painting exterior was particularly noisy right outside my room window while I was still trying to sleep..

Location is good. Staff were friendly and responsive to requests. I¿d say it¿s a decent hotel for a brief stay as you¿re travelling through the area.

Queen bed Room was very small. Desk was available but connections to power outlets were not accessible from the desk area. In room Coffee maker also had to be moved from desk to end table to be able to make coffee in the room.

The window seat in the room was quite nice. And the water pressure was good.

When we got back to the hotel later at night we passed one of the employees who was mixing the waffle/pancake batter for the next morning in a bucket in the mop sink with all the cleaning chemical bottles surrounding it. We ate breakfast somewhere else...

The room was dirty- there may even be a bug problem as a big black bug and ants were sootted!

The room was horrible... the bed ended up with bed bugs! I had to throw away my clothes. The building had an bad odor. Outside the restroom nothing was updated. The TV and phone stop working for a day.

I booked two rooms. One under my name one under one of my sons.He ended up not being able to go. My other son was with me and even though I showed proof if paying was not allowed to you 2nd room I paid for. Staff was uncooperative. Would never recommend

Friendly staff and easy check in. Firm but not hard bed, with the most wrinkled sheets I have ever seen. Good shower but some towels could use an extra dose of bleach.

Could use a deep cleaning although it looks like they have made some updates. The breakfast was the worst. One type of bread, two cereals, bare minimum that this chain usually offers. Worlds smallest coffee cups.

Very nice lady at the front desk during the day very helpful.

Pee on the floor in the front of the toilet super smelly I couldn't wait to take a new shower somewhere else because I smelled like the place

It was in the location of what I needed at the price we were looking for.

The room smelled like someone went to the restroom right before we walked into it! The smell finally went away.

It was quiet, easy to find, and close to 435.

Fridge went off like an alarm a few times during the night¿¿. Parking was hard to find if you got there later on the day.

Location

The room was dirty. The continental breakfast was on a bag handed out by clerk. The clerk was behind a bullet proof glass (scary). Dirt and grease on door and carpet. I would not recommend this hotel.
