Great location. The room was very clean, and it had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable, and I didn’t notice hearing much noise from the hallway or ither rooms.

Customer Service for the front reception was very good.

The breakfast wasn't staffed adequately. There were no beverages available for self serve and the waitress was more interested in bussing table than waiting on actual people.

The room and bathroom were modern and clean.

I stayed 4 nights and there was no daily trash pickup, fresh towels and no bed made. Very disappointed. Also no daily breakfast.

The shower fluctuated between cold and scalding hot.

Checking in was so easy and quick! She was very informative with everything. Breakfast was wonderful. There are many choices and some gluten-free choices as well. Thank you for that! Also, later check out is great as I was there for a Dr Appt at 11:00.

Overall the room was very clean. It was very roomy and the bed was very comfortable. I really liked the extra pillows on the beds. The location was convenient to food and shopping.

The staff was great! ALL of them! I stayed there because I was going through a divorce & every one was SO nice. The staff knew nothing of my situation, so I could tell they would be kind & professional to everyone. They all loved on my 10 yr old dog ¿¿

The only thing I did not like was the website said ¿pet friendly¿ so I booked. It asked how many rooms & people, but not pets. With nothing to click on for # of pets, no info came up about a non-refundable fee. Lady at front desk said $75. Non-refundabl

The facilities were great. Check-in was smooth and quick.

Door was stuck. Had to put our shoulder into it to get in. Desk sent someone, promised to return. Not sure if he did or not, door remained problem. Never freshened room, after 2 calls brought up 3 towels nothing else. Too busy with soccer tournament.

The woman that checked us in and that did breakfast was fantastic

While the woman was great I did not like that I needed to tip for breakfast, I have never had to do that at a holiday inn express before, its a buffet I am happy getting my drink as well as my food.

Location off interstate

Bathtub, when taking a shower, especially for us elderly folk, the tub needs slip proof adhesive, as the tub becomes very slippery,and there is no grip bars to hold on to. You may want to look into this before someone slips and is badly injured.

Clean bed, cold room, easy access.

Ad showed free breakfast. Employee explained that the sit I purchased from did not include breakfast. Also parking was poor.

The size and accommodations in the room were amazing.

The guy at the breakfast area was surly and looked like he didn¿t want to be there. Never cracked a smile.

The renovation

The air conditioning in the hallways (specifically by the elevators) were not on. There was a significant temperature change every day I stayed there.

It was clean.

The housekeeping staff knocked on our room at 7:30 am for room cleaning. I complained at the front office and the check-in staff was rude and said I should have placed do not disturb sign. But my room did not have the sign to hang on the door knob.

Free parking

It was loud. Weird noises waking us up. Could hear the tv next door. Vanilla wafer on the floor so wasn¿t too clean.
