No pool as stated. Breakfast was disgusting. No shampoo or conditioner, asked as we left the first day and still had none

The staff was amazing! She was friendly, helpful and went out of her way to get us checked in early.

The price was high, but was bc of the World Cup. So it was definitely not $--- children

The staff were fabulous!

Cold showers, stuffy rooms, intermittent air to heat with no moving air between, lobby stifling, gorgeous comfortable deck with broken tv (during March Madness, MLB opener, NBA. Only a plastic hardback chair for seating.

The font desk people were great when I checked in. Annie I needed something and she was right on it. Very nice to me which is not always the case.

Classy place to stay Clean, quiet, excellent location with lots of amenities.

The location of this hotel is great. I also like the fact they have a bar in the hotel downstairs. I booked this room for a staycation and it did not disappoint. I would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness and staff

The A/c unit was a bit noisy.

Location was great, within walking distance to multiple eating and shopping options

No parking on site & lobby/checkin was on the 2nd floor-- parking located in a parking garage near the hotel, but if any inclement weather would have to walk outside through it as the parking garage does not directly connect to the hotel

For this caliber hotel, staff needs to be more sincere and polite.

The room was not clean, dust on the tables, the floor was not cleaned.

I love the outside patio area/ cool furniture/ fun music

The pool being closed I just traveled a couple weekends before and it was closed still. I was given a handicap room, then a room that smelt like feet. Then finally a room that was better the top flour smelt so much better.

It was such a beautiful hotel/ different and bright color furniture. Smelt nice, beds where comfortable and what a neat location. I will be back.

Our room had no water pressure or hot water. We checked in after midnight and didn¿t notice right away. No one showered. The heater didn¿t work. We received no compensation and were told the plumber was coming after checkout time.

Double charged me and the manager never showed up to solve my problem. Hotel was under construction. The staff was not well trained to handle customer issues.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable

I was harassed by the bartender in the lobby for the 2 days that I was there. I am making a full complaint to their corporate office.

This hotel is amazing. The location is prime a movie theatre and a mall is across the street. The best restaurants & coffee shops are close. The best part is the second floor patio area . I am a Hyatt man but, I will look for this hotel more.

Incredibly comfortable beds and linens. Good pressure in the shower. Free parking. Nice bar (and friendly bartender). Upscale restaurants and cafe on the block, but also a big movie theater nearby.

The pool was out of service. The room phone was old and broken. I needed to call the front desk to ask about check out time (noon, by the way) and they couldn't hear me when I talked. The light switches were confusing, especially in the dark.

The location is great. The beds were very comfortable. The bartender was super.

I had to upgrade to a top floor corner room because they were sold out of the cheaper rooms and we got the 5th floor middle of the hotel looking out over a roof. I was told for the extra money we spent we would have a corner room with an overlook.
