Good Price comfortable newer bed, soft sheets and nice pillows and good TV

Dated hotel, Toilet had issues flushing. LVT flooring was loose. Light fixtures had no USB outlets. Breakfast basic.

Availability

Mold/must smell, mold on the shower curtain, beds were very uncomfortable and loud (springs popping sound everytime you moved)

Spacious, clean, comfortable room on the first floor.

Check-in staff required a $30 pet fee, offered to take cash. I declined, asked to have fee put on my credit card. At check-out, I requested a receipt and was told by manager there was no pet fee. I was not charged, but if I'd paid cash, I wonder...

The room was very clean and it was a quiet location.

The wifi was a little slow.

Location to food and shopping.

Housekeeping doesn't come around like they should to check and see what's needed. You have to look for them to get clean towels. I clean my own room so this isn't an issue. So,I feel that they should at least make sure we have towels.

I requested a non smoking room but once I got to the room it smelled like an ashtray. It was horrible. The chair that was in the room had a huge stain on the cushion. Just sitting on the bed was uncomfortable. I left and booked a new hotel.

The parking

The heater didnt work, no lights in the bathroom, wires sticking out of the door and the bed was broken.

The price is definitely a plus. Could use better as well as more staff and could be cleaned better. Over all I would recommend this hotel

Room was very clean and comfortable.

Some road noise from main highway, could hear a train a couple of times and there is a car wash across the street and I could hear the blower fans when they came on. Will still stay though next time I'm through Ridhland.

Staff was rude and incompetent to say the least. Room was disgusting. Housekeepers obviously hate their job by hearing them talk dirty coffee cup food left in fridge from who knows when manager acted like it was perfectly normal

Staff not friendly at all.Booked a none smoking room, however the room smelled like cigarette smoke. If it advertises smoke free rooms , then it should be smoke free, right. I did not book with animals so don¿t ask several times if I brought them, I didn?

Very quiet and pet friendly

Didn't have a whole lot of channels to pick from to watch on TV. Need to upgrade their cable for sure. But besides that it was nice

Yes, lots. It was disgusting. I had to ask for clean sheets after seeing hair and stains on the bed sheets that obviously weren't changed. I had to change the sheets myself. The walls had stains on them. Floor felt gross. Fridge didn't work. Loud neighbor

The beds were very comfortable. The location was good.

The floors were extremely dirty. Our feet were black just from standing on them.

The front desk clerk at check in was a very nice young lady.

When I went to take a shower that morning the shower did not work properly and I had to get on my knees to wash my hair. When I checked out I ask for adjustment and he rudely informed me he wouldn’t do anything.

The sheets did not smell fresh. There were cobwebs on the wall/ceiling and hair that did not belong to me. The biscuits were rock hard, the eggs were fake and the juice did not taste fresh so I ate somewhere else.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's an older hotels but the location was right off highway 49, so it was easy to find. Safe location!

No elevator and the stairs to up to second floor was dirty and needed more lighting in that area.

It was just a place to rest my head

The room was dirty I found a hair bush dirty clothes the bath tub was nasty from the last person cigarette butts
