Rodeway Inn Richland - Jackson South

Hated I spent the last money I had to stay in such an unsafe unclean ignorant inhospitable staffed hotel. Worst experience ever in my life.

Location

They need to due repairs to roomie know it's a smoking room but they need to charge the people if they ruin obgets (bedspread sheets couches) etc.breakfest a joke

The staff was polite. There were several fast food places within walking distance. The bedding and surfaces were clean.

Water stains on ceiling and walls and the room needs a through cleaning . Curtain was missing backing in places. They only have regular coffee. The breakfast is to cold cereals.

The only thing was it was close to the family I was visiting

The bed was terrible. The room needs work who puts a cold tile floor in a hotel room. TV remote sometimes worked. The room was not insulated well you could here every little noise. Very poor quality overall even for such a cheap place.

This hotel was in the perfect location at a reasonable price for what I was doing in Richland.

There was road work going on which made coming in and leaving sometimes hard but that was not something the hotel could control.

I was tired after driving all day and it was relative inexpensive and convienant.no

Inconvient shower for us handicap patrons.

Things could have a little cleaner , the lighting was somewhat dim and the a/c was not turned on.

Nothing staff is extremely rude and vulgar

I was not please with anything about it. Will never stay there again and needs to be taken off of choice hotel options

When we entered the room roaches were all on the bed and behind the headboard in the refrigerator someone had cut hair in the sink that wasn’t cleaned out. The couch was nasty it looked like someone had just threw a sheet on it . It smelled horrible. Roaches were everywhere this hotel need to be under better management

Will not stay again

It wasn’t really clean my shower had hair all in it and the shower curtain was dirty. The refrigerator was not clean someone spilled something in it also the sink was nasty. The pillows were very thin… overall I will not stay here again only had to stay here because everywhere else was booked for homecoming.

Never going back

You have to have 10$ to use the tv remotes that they keep in the front office instead of in the room. Someone else’s hair in my bed. Couches out dated. No travel soap. Office has a stench. Room smells as well.

Wasn't in the room 3 minutes, phone was plugged into the USB port (it didn't work), plug pulled out and the light/wall fixture fell to floor. Fought flies continuously and the a/c sounded like a cricket was in the room. Bed was a metal frame that popped every time you barely moved and you could feel the metal rods through the mattress. Toilet didn't flush good and tub had nasty ring in it. Phone in the room didn't work so had to walk to office to report the light/wall fixture falling. They came and looked at it and told us that they would fix it when we checked out. Didn't offer another room or anything. Not happy at all.

Nothing. I was to tired to find another hotel.

The room was in a terrible condition. The bathroom ceiling was about to cave in. Yellow watermark on the ceiling. The condition of the bathroom was scary.

The room was less than $70 for one night. It was clean and had been remodeled at some point.

Breakfast was beyond ridiculous. Two dispensers of cereal that might have been filled back in 2002. There were also 4 miniature muffins and some type of breakfast pastry on a plastic bag. Please don’t advertise free breakfast. To my knowledge there was no coffee either.

Clean rooms. Air worked good. Comfortable beds

My mom died and I lost my glasses. I woke up late to them rushing me out. I had to dig my glasses out of everyone's garbage. And they didn't care
