YES!The love seat coach was very DIRTY!Did not use it!!Buy leather are Vyn a l and you can Wipe it off better!!

the ONLY thing i did not like was that they haven't cleaned the sofa/bed my son wanted to stay in it and as soon as i pulled it out immediately folded back in noticed stains all over the sheets

The Shower had a good Shower Head

Yes the Lady that runs the Hotel, and the Front Desk was very rude to me, and had a Attitude, and was very unprofessional.

The location was good

I booked for $95 with taxes/fees. Upon arrival, was charged an additional $50 for pets. Pool wasn¿t open, main reason for booking. No extra pillow available at the front counter for the hide-a-bed where our son was sleeping.

Toilet wouldn't flush. Wifi did not work. Was told the pool was open but no one would get in it since it was so filthy. They should not use the Best Western name if their not going to abide by the standards. Never again

The lady at the desk gave great customer service. Very friendly. But thats the only good thing about this hotel. The room was gross.

Nothing really. Very disappointing.

Not the part of town I was looking for. THIN walls, broken lights, sinks, animal hair covered the couch, old pillows, dirty toilet and mirrors, could not even connect to the internet.

Super clean. Owners are so nice and perfect stop right off the highway.

There was hair in every towel. There were burn holes from cigarettes in all the blankets with several several stains. The room smelled horrible and the breakfast was unbelievably awful.

The room was musty and the carpet was sticky.. The staff was not attentive to our needs. The breakfast was good but the GM cut it off promptly at 9:00 AM even during the weekend.

Used towels from the previous guest were left behind the bathroom door. More attention to detail by cleaning staff would be an improvement.
