- I stayed there on July 19th......and when I got to my room, the door was open with only one towel in the bathroom. No one answered the office phone, but I reported this the next morning. Two days later, I was charged for missing towels.
- Good price.

- not professional, nor clean, poor security
- This is a continuation of the prior question. I returned back to this hotel on July 18th. Surestay had a power outage and could not honor our reservation. They promised a refund.....but they reneged. We ended up at Baymont in north Jackson.
- Advertised a free breakfast which was offered but very few items. Room was not as clean as I hoped
