Hotel employee at the front desk was fantastic! She was helpful and just a happy person to talk with.

In my room, there was what appeared to be a rubbery bra strap on the floor--which made it seem like it was not cleaned thoroughly or properly.

Beds were terrible, lights in room too dim at desk, flood in shower due to clogged drains, tv selection not like other hotels and we will not be returning to a Hilton hotel again!

Breakfast was delicious, place was very clean. The gal at check in was very pleasant and experienced.

There was so much furniture in the room , you could hardly walk around. There was a 3 seater sofa, a huge daek, a huge ottoman. a tiny toilet room, a wet bar. Just too much The coverlet was too heavy for summertime.

No indoor pool or hot tub; the duvet cover on the bed was torn and the inside cushion kept sliding out; the breakfast was average; the AC unit was too far away from the bed, which kept the room warmer than it should be

Staff were extremely helpful, pointed out local attractions, suggested restaurants. We¿re always friendly and available. A good value.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean. I love the cookies and popcorn in the evening.

Appreciated the hot breakfast. Once I found hotel wasn't a problem with getting around, however GPS couldn't pick up actual street of hotel. I had to stop and ask directions.

Parked on the hotel property near the entrance to the Oakatie Bar facing the expressway and a large coffee cup had been smashed and driven over right behind my car. I swept up all the particles either because staff was busy/hotel was short staffed.

The carpet was wet from the air conditioner. No other room available so we had to stay.

daily housekeeping service is not automatic, must inform front desk to make up room & did not get fresh towels. the "hot" breakfast was cold. The reservation was for 3 people in room, but set of towels were for 2 people.

Nice breakfast, attentive staff, great location

Owing to COVID, they do not clean rooms to after departure which is fine but they should resupply towels, soap and toilet paper. Had to ask for the latter. At check in, had to return to the Front Desk 3X for the key to work.

It was clean, quiet, and peaceful with a convenient location.

The quarters are a bit cramped in a standard room. The faucets are too far away from the edge of the bathroom bowls, so its hard to wash your face. The bathroom in general is super tight.

Solid location between I95 and Hilton Head Island. Great breakfast.

Room keys deactivated three separate times and each time we had things in our hands. Staff could never tell why they did this. Staff was not local - did not know where places were, able to recommend, etc.

Yes, our room was extremely noisy and loud from the elevator. Strange people hanging outside in the parking lot drinking and being very obnoxious. Strange looking people, scary. Did not feel safe.
