Very dirty, elevator stopped working, hot tub was very cold and jets have been broken since November from all the reviews we saw.

the spa jacuzzi was broken all 3 days of my stay...with no repair results, no timeline or false timeline given for when it is to be repaired... The biscuits and gravy lwas ice cold and no attempt to heat it was made, the potatoes appeared raw

Easy check in and out. Nice rooms.

The tv remote was dirty, would be nice to have bagels and cream cheese and bananas for breakfast

1. Both hotel staff members checking us in and out were more engaged with watching live streams on their cell phones than acknowledging customers standing in front of them. One of the representatives reeked of fresh marijuana. 2. Grimey bathtub

The odor of marijuana throughout the elevators & 3rd floor hallway and into my room.

Clean room, helpful staff.

Room could use light blocking privacy curtains or blinds on the window.

The hot tub wasn't working and the breakfast was terrible. Potatoes not cooked. Cheap bread molded

Excellent breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and when the TV wasn?t working, the staff fixed it for me immediately.

I am not disabled, but I fell getting out of the tub shower because the base of the tub was about 4 inches higher than the floor, and I didn?t realize that. Thank goodness I didn?t get hurt.

So I get there and go to bed .?.. next morning legs and tummy bit all up from fleas. I?m sure the ppl before have complained as well

The staff was very friendly, altho a little hard to track down.

The shower struggled to drain and the tv never worked. Also the sound proofing was not very good.

Front desk staff was very nice.

They did not. Have us in the handicap room as requested. I paid for a queen suite That Did not have a shower. Was given a Single room with a shower and had to share the bed with my uncle for 3 nights. At the same price as the queen suite .

Very comfortable beds. Even with the close proximity to hwy it was very quiet.

Parking was limited. More handicap spaces needed.

Very disappointed in this hotel. Would not stay there again. Staff knew my door didn't securely latch but still put me in that room without me knowing this.

I didn't know til my last morning that my door doesn't latch securely closed. I told the front desk and they said, "oh yea, we been having problems with that room"! My belongings were never secured and thank goodness for the latch on the inside.

Everything was accessible to main places and shopd, eating, pool was great and the breakfast excellent.

Their breakfast is terrible. It's always the same and it always looks like whoever cooked breakfast hates their job. I know breakfast is a perk but either do it well, OR take away the breakfast perk.
