- Nothing worked properly in the kitchen… no cookware or utensils like other hotels that have them available. Not to mention the kids of the workers playing on the elevator which to me is what caused the elevator doors to get stuck at times.
- On our second night the fire alarm went off while we were asleep and we were never given a reason. We couldn't get fresh towels or sheets, we put the dirty ones out and when we returned they were put back in the room on the floor
