Suburban Studios North Charleston I-526

It was the WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD ON THIS SITE OR EVER. I checked in at a "late night drive up window" I was given a key and after maneuvering through people gathered in groups on the stairs I entered my room and went to bring all my luggage up. It's alot since we traveled from va to house hunt. I finally got situated and went to use the bathroom where I discovered a) toilet doesn't flush..and has urine in it .a bath mat hanging..a USED WASHCLOTH WITH BAR OF SOAP INSIDE IT on bathtub shelf..unmade bed, the TV didn't have remote OR WORK. I left repacked car and drove to turn my key in. I rang the bell and the short-haired younger gentlemen came to windows ( please keep in mind I reserved room on booking. Com. ) I told him the issues..and he said so u don't have a washcloth? I replied no the washcloth has been used and the room wasn't cleaned a ( I arrived at around 1230 pm due to driving from va) I said I am returning key and he said I didn't come immediately to window. And if I HAD COMPLAINED BEFORE 1AM EVEN THOUGH IT WAS 1247 he could do something but now he can't help me. I have ALWAYS USED BOOKING. COM it's been reliable....I honestly don't know if I will use it again especially when I DEPEND ON THEIR STATUS RECOMMENDATIONS...AND I GET THIS WITH NO remedy to the situation... HIGHLY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

I was booked a smoking room and got a non smoking room. A very disappointed

Room was clean. Great bed. Big fridge. Good desk and chair. Even had a comfortable sitting chair that was great to relax in. Was pretty quiet also.

No diet drinks in any of the vending machines or store in office. The tv itself was good. The reception on some channels was bad. It was only a minor inconvenience though

Would love if they offered breakfast. I am amazed with the staff,. I have no complaints on anything I experienced. The guys in the office are amazing. I recommend this motel to everyone
