- The lady that cleaned our room and gentleman at valet parking were was very very nice!!!!!!

- When checking in the staff was talking among themselves and we were not even acknowledged until the completed their person conversation.
- Too much noise. Between the casino and the thin walls (we heard our neighbors as if they were in our room) very hard to sleep
- Parking was horrible!! Lobby and hallways smelled like cigarette smoke There were provocatively attired women wandering the hallways looking for room numbers Staff was rude Staff was loud in hallways Had to wait on line each time we entered hotel lobby
