Cons -
- The WiFi wasn’t working, the phone in the room wasn’t working and someone was given a key to my room and walked in while I was undressed getting ready for dinner. I am extremely upset as this was safety hazard.
- There was no reservation on the system when we arrived & we didn’t receive a warm welcome. They eventually found the booking. After a long flight this is not what we wanted. There was a fire evacuation in the middle of the night, which turned out to be a false alarm from another guest. There was no apology or care from the hotel. Finally our room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days & I had to request clean towels.
- They could have provided us with atleast some complimentary waters in the rooms. We paid $1200!

The city view was beautiful.
