Comfort Inn Avon-Indianapolis West

The staff is always the best part of my stays at this hotel. I visit often & always am treated with kindness, friendliness & professionalism.Hotel employee took such good care of us this stay. The food is always good & the beds are so so comfy.

Staff: helpful, friendly, & able to be understood. Hotel: well maintained & clean. Room: quiet, clean, & well maintained. Location: right off the hwy, just 12 minutes down the road from our destination. Price: Good! Our 3rd stay here & we hope for more!

I wish the breakfast was officially open before 7. We need to leave earlier & are never sure if food is going to be available. To their credit, they had the non-hot (grab&go) items ready by at least 6:30, and the sausage & eggs ready by at least 6:45.

I love the comfy beds & yummy breakfast. Also, the staff is always amazing. Hotel employee always goes above & beyond for us!

A/C unit was acting up. Also, I'd love a smart TV in the room when we stay

The beds are the best part. So so very comfy. Also, the staff is super nice. Especially Amber! She was working Christmas Eve & had such a positive attitude & very friendly demeanor. It felt genuine.

The showers in every room I've stayed in (I stay often), really need either renovated or new shower heads. The water pressure definitely needs tended to as well. Detachable shower heads would be lovely.

Room was clean and served our purpose

The furniture was well used. That is console holding the tv. The cloth chair at the desk was well used too and we didn’t sit down on it. I have jet to receive my $50 deposit. I did call the hotel directly.

Our TV would not work everyday. Bad connection or bad internet.

Staff, cleaning of the rooms, suspicious of the rooms. The breakfast they served always had coffee and hot water ready.

It was located near several restaurants which made our dining experience a very enjoyable one. The staff did a great job with the continental breakfast provided.

The king size bed was very uncomfortable. There was a hard surface you could feel when lying on the bed. My fiance woke up with alot of pain in his back due to the bed.

The pool was closed and the elevator always closed then opened every time you got in it

The room carpet had at least 2 places where there was a large black stain, possibly wetness/mold? One of the wash cloths was stained. We had to leave before breakfast was ready one morning, but the grab & go selections that were available were still good.

The computer in the lobby for guest use is not working properly. It has an out of date Microsoft Explorer on it that does not work for any websites!!!

1st: it was one of the closest to my destinations. 2nd: the pricing was very good 3rd: the staff was excellent, the breakfast was beyond expectations

Friendly staff; upon check-in my wife and I were offered bottles of water. Common areas and room were clean. Great price! Very good location for what we needed. Definitely would stay again.

Issues getting the TV to work properly. Hard to get channels to change, one on one channel TV shuts off after about 8-14 minutes. Either bad remote of bad TV.

The staff was very nice.

Carpet in the room was stained. I felt like the room was overpriced.

Convenient area

Room not ready, we had a wedding. Carts for luggage filthy, room smelled like smoke, lights so dim in room had to put makeup on with a hand mirror, shower and tv didn¿t work, elevator filthy. Way overpriced!

On busy highway with plenty of food places perhaps a mile or two east of hotel.

On highway with plenty of road noise and we were put in a room closest to highway with older windows that did NOT insulate the noise. Also, closed or non-working swimming pool.

The staff was very friendly!

The room was exceptionally damp. When stepping into the shower, my feet were rinsed of all kinds of black stuff that had accumulated from the carpet in the room. Who knows what it was, but it was definitely gross!
