Clean and new feeling

The bed was horrible it was on a platform every move was noisy

The location.

There was a $75 non-refundable pet charge with a 15% tax and a $20 per night pet fee plus 15% tax. Patrons must pay a $10 parking fee. This was a $119.25 cost above and beyond the room cost. The kitchen personnel were slamming doors starting at 5:00 am.

Disappointed room service is every other day. Had to go to front desk for bath towels and regular coffee supplies.

The hotel was in a great location it was very clean the staff were very friendly the rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable

The breakfast was the standard breakfast you get in a lot of hotels which isn't always the healthiest or best quality option but it's the same you find everywhere

The fact they charged for a spit to park i felt was ridiculous after paying for the room they added that on top of it as if we needed to be dropped off and wasn't made aware we were going to be charged for that.

Parking should not cost if we payed for the room. Reimbursement for the parking

We loved the breakfast each morning. All the items we tried we delicious and fresh. Anytime we had a need or question the staff was very friendly, kind, and insightful.

Not fond of the extra fee for parking. It seems excessive and we feel there should be parking for one vehicle per room included.

Everything was clean, new, fresh, modern, comfortable and the interior decor downstairs as well as our room was gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again.

Did not find info about the Wifi. Was not printed anywhere or in the room. Used my telephone's hotspot instead. Would have like info about it in the room.

Very nicely done up. Modern, clean.Bar is nice and the barman, James, is very friendly.It’s reasonable value for money given the location near the ski resort and time of year, but still a bit pricey if you’re a big family and need two rooms!Parking is easy. Pool and gym are great!

Could use more amenities eg robes and slippers in the rooms (especially for going to and from the pool).Higher quality towels.Better range of food at breakfast.Also more cups, etc in the room. There’s a microwave but no plates, cups, cutlery.

Hotel was fantastic. Staff was very helpful. Pool was great for our kids. Breakfast was good. No meat option though like bacon or sausage which was disappointing but that's the only thing I can complain about. Room was very nice. Very clean. Shower had unlimited hot water. We will book here again for sure. 10/10

Welcoming lobby and seating, very nice forested outdoor seating with fire pit. Rooms were super clean and very functional. Pool area was great

I’ve stayed here a number of times when I need to visit my mom in her skilled nursing facility in Sandpoint. My stay has always been excellent. The staff is wonderful, so friendly and helpful. My room was blissfully quiet and this time I had a lovely view of the mountains and fall colors. The breakfasts are great and it almost feels like home. ?
