Staff was very friendly and accommodating Hotel was beautiful, very clean and within walking distance from many dining options. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Elegantly understated. Perfectly appointed this boutique hotel offers a luxury experience affordably priced. The staff from the doormen to the lovely bartender to the waitstaff and room attendants...are you getting the idea...an amazing place to stay.

My only complaint in this very eco-friendly hotel were 2 plastic bottles. Seriously, my only complaint.

Not enough coffee pods.

Location was fine.

When we checked in our room wasnt ready. So we were told to go grab lunch at the restaurant next door. After ordering, the desk clerk told us a different room was available for check in and we could check in now. But to go ahead and enjoy lunch first. We didnt know each ice tea refill was an extra charge ($30) in ice tea???? Then when we checked in after lunch we were given a 20% off coupon for the restaurant really? Couldn't have given thst to us while we were eating??? Got to the room and it was 88 degrees inside the room. A/C was broken hotter inside than out. Took an hour for them to fix it. We had spent all night on a plane and were dead tired now sweating to death. Took another hr for the room to cool down to be able to sleep. Not a pleasant experience. No one offered to help us with our 6 suitcases down the stairs at checkout as we we going on a cruise or help us out the door with them. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely loved the hotel! The location was perfect, very walkable, everything is nearby, beach is in 5 minutes of walking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also the room was very quiet, we couldn’t hear any noise from the street and slept so well. Rooms were super clean and the hotel provided us all the necessities and even a beach bag :) Highly recommended!

One of the worst, if not the worst, customer service experiences of my life.

I've never posted one of these reviews before but I feel compelled to after my recent visit over NYE. On our first night staying there, the front desk called our room three times in a row in the middle of the night (2AM+) until we were woken up and picked up just to ask if we could help open one of those partition doors down the hall that they couldn't open up for some reason. When politely confronted about why in the world they would call us and wake us up in the middle of the night they were incredibly rude, unapologetic, and dismissive. We also waited over an hour to just receive water / drinks on two separate occasions for breakfast and towels for our room. Just an absolute nightmare.

It was spotless, convenient to so many restaurants, comfortable, 2 block walk to the beach! It was exactly what we needed!!

The very narrow "balcony" that I paid extra for. It was just silly.. although we will stay there again, I will not waste the extra on that amenity

Location

Terrible and expensive room with horrible views, bad client services, everything felt like a scam. The expensive « included breakfast » makes you pay 12$ extra for a cappuccino (instead of black coffee). I shortened my stay and moved to another hotel across the stress - that’s how terrible it was. Never again.

We’ve stayed at the Lennox many times and always enjoy our stay.

We did not care for the new beach service. The pricing was high to upgrade to a bed and the furniture was not new but repurposed from another hotel currently under construction for a refresh (The SLS). We’ve been visiting the same area for 10+ years and never experienced their rule regarding ‘no outside food/drink’ at the beach. This seems a bit much. Please get a new beach service that aligns with the experience we receive from the hotel.

Great location, useful steamer available in the room.

The bathroom door opened in leaving the bathroom tight to be in or share at times. You also had to ask for coffee replacement which is unusual.

Paid extra for the breakfast,then at breakfast we were given a reduced menu and asked to pay 5 dollars each for a slightly improved breakfast.Just felt cheap and grasping.

Great location!

Room overall clean but bed bases heavily stained on both beds. Only 2 bottles complimentary water given on arrival even though 2 children also in room. No complimentary water given after this which I found odd in a warm climate and for cost of hotel. Pool area lovely but towel bed coverings not changed after each guest, no towels to be had within pool area unless you ask at front desk.

Beautiful pool and nice restaurant

They didn’t cleaned my room and made my beds, even with the sign at the door. They told me that they don’t touch personal belongings, só of there is a shirt on the bed, they don’t clean it. I asked about the water refil, the trash and the mess in the room. And they not even apologized. My car is a regular suv and didn’t feet in the valet so I needed to park in the street. They have an elevator for handicap and doesent let us use it with strollers and little kids.

I like the all inclusive look they have. It uses a wristband to access your room. The room that I had was by the pool and our room reminded me of that all inclusive room look. I like that it has it’s own beach access. It has the tote bag with their logo that has 2 beach towels with the Lennox embroidery and don’t forget the beach hat which was pretty cool. They also have a golf cart that can take you within a mile radius around the hotel.

We didn’t really have much room for our clothes to hang and it only gave us 1 bathrobe.

The location was great for Miami Beach. Hotel was well presented, greatly decorated and was very clean and friendly staff.

The amenities which were in the room, nothing complimentary all had a price. Also the breakfast was very basic for what I had paid for on booking hotel. Everything else had a price no hot food other than toast, was included in the cost.
