It was quiet and comfortable and very clean.

The price, haha!

The view from the room was spectacular. There were floor to ceiling windows all the way around. It was amazing!

We didn¿t have any complaints about this hotel.

Could’ve been better with a different company in the building!

I didn’t like that the ac wasn’t functioning as it was suppose to, they said they fixed and never really fixed this

The hotel has a great location right on the beach, close to good shops and great restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with a large terrace and a wonderful ocean view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is of a high standard, making it a pleasure to spend time there.

When we entered the apartment, the temperature was set to low, so we changed it to a higher one :) The air conditioner may be a bit noisy when it's on, but it's not a problem.

The check-in was very easy and quick

I did not like that. It was $20 a night for parking when I already paid $500 for the room. I feel like the parking should be cheaper than that for a weekend. You guys should have a deal.

Great beach access

Apartment is outdated, needs maintenance. Dryer did not dry. Very uncomfortable mattress and sofa bed. The sofa bed sheets with holes. We were 5 staying and only 3 beach towels available.

I love the location of property and how spacious it is

I did not like that the kitchen table was dirty there was a water bottle opened on the table also. The sheets had someone else’s hair

Low in staff, there were so many customers waiting on the lobby waiting for a room because housekeeping was not ready.

Rental was nice and also clean, but we had questions regarding room issues and called the contact number and never received a call back or resolution. Then when extending our stay an extra day, we got the run around on availability and wasted half a day waiting for a call back after being put on hold by various departments on the initial call and no one could answer our questions. Very disorganized and lacking basic knowledge. We were frustrated by lack of communication and customer service.

Location is great at the beach

Dated condos. Pull out couch extremely uncomfortable. Confusing on who to contact for repairs. Cabinet doors loose and screw came out. Toilet needed repair.

Loved the location and the amenities. Beach and pool are awesome. Relatively quiet area which was great for families. Beautiful views. Management is extremely responsive which was appreciated.

The property definitely is past its prime (the room we stayed in at least). Walking in, it looks great, but then you do notice a few things. We had bugs on night one which management offered to rectify asap and that was appreciated.

Pool and cleanliness

The staff was not friendly, I arrived 11:30am and they made me wait till 3:30pm to provide me with the key. I was unaware that we had the choose to pay extra if we wanted to have the room earlier and the staff at the desk didn’t mentioned anything. we asked questions to the receptionist or the valley gentleman and they weren’t friendly and always busy.

Location, location, location

You rent from a 3rd party. So no one on site can or will help you with anything You pay a resort fee but there is no bar or beach service and no guarantee you even get a chair. So what resort???
