Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean.

Early check-in was difficult when booking through second party app.

Customer service was great. Also, the hotel was very clean and they provided additional perks.

No free on site parking. We had to pay $40 for daily valet parking.

Great location, an easy walk to Lincoln road, Ocean drive, and the beach.

One of the two elevators was out of service for five of the six days that we stayed there. Also, because of covid, the elevators were restricted to two passengers or a family. The pool area could use some TLC.

It was on the main street. Near stores and shops.

The pull out bed had some small bugs in it.

All staff helpful and friendly. Room spacious, exactly as pictured. Rooftop pool was cool, alternative to beach. Location perfect. Short walk to beach and a block from Espinola Way restaurants which are GREAT. In-house Starbucks convenient.

No automatic daily housekeeping due to Covid. Marriott policy. Not this hotel's fault. (Very responsive to ad hoc housekeeping requests.)

Hotel was clean and room was spacious ( I had a king bed, desk, fridge and small couch). Location is perfect. Two blocks from beach, Art Deco area and Lincoln Road. Holocaust Memorial short walk. Plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Close to the beach, tons of shops and restaurants on the strip.

The hotel is 2 blocks from the beach and surrounded by a lot of restaurant and shopping options. You are walking distance from all the beach hotels as well. Great South beach location for bargain hunters. The room is clean, the lobby is guarded and safe

Some of the fixtures are a little worse for wear. Nothing serious, just a couple chips here and there. Be aware, there is a night club on the north side of the hotel. As for a room on the other side if you want absolute silence.

Great location. The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful, all of them; extremely friendly and helpful - highly recommend this hotel. Cannot rate the food as we did not eat there.

Ice machine is in the basement but that can be overcome.

The convenience of location

The rooms seem a bit outdated compared to the initial appearance of the hotel. Small bathtubs. Hot water is limited from the afternoon on.
