Just the location

This hotel is one of the worst I?ve ever been in had to walk many blocks to office very unclean very musty smells air conditioner filthy ran out of toilet paper first day cracks all around the door allowing insects inside i would rate this as a dog house

Your "room" may be in one of about 8 or so building scattered across the avenue and not near the check in. The rooms/areas in general lack a deep cleaning and "resort fees" felt like a cash grab.

Room very dirty and in shower not working, compliment to manger they not answer us and rude behavior and also not pickup the call

It was very modern and pretty!!

There was no specific parking for the hotel, we had to pay to Park in a public lot then haul our luggage across the street to get to the hotel.

The location

The room was too dark, needs brighter lighting. The beds are too low to the floor. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Not practical for tall people. Mattresses are too soft, needs a slightly more plush or firm mattress.

No parking included noisy party all the time they don?t clean the room daily it?s considered a 3 star and not at alle

Location is best and easy access to beach and shops

Room is not clean and one of the room smells badly..Staff also agreed but they came on shift and new shift person not in sync didn?t agree for cancellation or refund

The room smells so bad like a mold we are so sick and get another hotel

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Location was great.

They did not have hand towels and no paper towels or kleenex tissues

The pool and checking out to leave

Booked a delux room. Got a room big enough to fit the bed and barely walk around. Window A/C quit working many times. Floors were soft like they were going to fall apart. The shower was small and the water was inconsistent. Overall very bad experience.

The walking distance to the beach was amazing. As well being able to catch a bus 24/7 or at least it seems that way.

I didn't like that the bathroom window and kitchen door lead to what seems to be an alley. My shower issue (hearing ppl talk) could've been resolved if I was able to close the window. The kitchen door was locked from the outside so why even have it.

Location, beautiful and stylish room, free towels and a clean pool

No hand towels, only large towels. The staff members were not the most helpful either. Also, unexpected reservation fee when we arrived.

room & location were very good

The room was at a different location. I had to walk 0.4 miles from the check in office. Imagine if you lose your room key or the key doesn't work..... Also the price was same or low offered by hotel itself and other websites.

Beautiful room, hotel well updated. Close to everything, Publix restaurants, beach one block away. Only con is small pool, and parking. I stayed at the second location.

The front desk manager was awesome, he was so friendly and funny. He put us in the second location closer to the beach. Was walking distance to everything, such as the beach, Starbucks, restaurants and bars and shoppes.

Hotel wasn¿t the cleanest.

I loved the artdeco and the area it was two blocks from the beach.Alot of stores and resturants inside of walking distance.The hotel was Dope and very classy like something out of time.Looking forward to going back soon!

I didn't like the fact that they required a $200 deposit to hold for your stay there. That was unnecessary in my opinion.

Not professional

They charged me $100 for missing item that I didn't take it at all.I ask them to rewind their surveillance camera.Thats illegal charged me without any evidence.I stay many hotel I don't have any problem. Waterside hotel miami are sucks

The hotel was very close to the beach and restaurants. The place was very clean and it included everything you would need to stay longer than a week.

There was an additional fee to check in I was under the impression that everything was paid for. The additional fee was $88 dollars.

there were two females that didn¿t stay in the hotel assault one of the hotel guest sne the police were called as well .
