The Betsy - South Beach

Super professional and personable staff. Made me feel like I was arriving at their house not their hotel. Food was exceptional , it’s waterfront in ocean drive so no need to go anywhere else. Super attentive Concierge , all Staff interactions amazing!

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! The service was excellent. The beach was awesome. Great vibe at the hotel and in the neighborhood. Best of all - the restaurant!

The perks about the Betsy hotel is it¿s literally walking distance from the beach. And from restaurants! They have a restaurant downstairs called LT STEAK food is phenomenal. A little pricey BUT that¿s to be expected in Miami .

The AC temperature changes¿ the rooms were definitely AC controlled but the hallways, elevators and other floors at the hotel was scorching hot. That should be concerning for people who have A respiratory issue (asthma) & who are pregnant.

This was the third time we stayed at Betsy's. The second time we heard the rubbish truck at six in the morning. This time we had the air conditioners on the roof of the neighbouring building are clearly audible at night.

The room is very small and you don't know where to put your clothes. After all, it was only six days. Guests who have a return flight in the evening unfortunately cannot shower. Except there in the general showers by the pool. Absolutely no privacy.

Staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Location is excellent!

Hotel could really use a makeover. It would be nice to have full shower door instead if the half glass panel

It's a cute hotel ideally located in South Beach

The service at the restaurant was not up to what I expected from this type of hotel. The food took forever, things were missed, and just getting water took 10 minutes.

The room and the staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, always friendly and helpful.

I needed cash and was directed to the ATM on site. It cost 10$ - TEN DOLLARS!!- to take out cash from that ATM. Even if I took out $40, it would have cost 10$. I felt ripped off. And that was pretty low class for such an advertised high-class hotel.

The art and book collections were great.

$100 per night incidental charge due at check-in was a little excessive but promptly returned.

Someone charged an expensive dinner on our room - need an improved process for ensuring the correct person is charging the right room!

This was the perfect hotel for our relaxing weekend getaway. The hotel was charming, clean and the staff so welcoming and accommodating. Even thought this hotel is on Ocean Drive it is not overly crazy or party central. The pool area was calm and relaxing

Hotel was clean, staff was nice and tried to be helpful. Amenities and location were the best features.

Had lots of room issues.. First room did not have working A/C. We were moved to another room that had a very noisy air ventilation system (sleeping was near impossible) and the power to the lights in the room stopped working the morning of checkout.

Great location, cool vibe, close to the beach, outstanding service! The lobby atmosphere was so inviting with the live piano music and iconic bar. I felt like I was stepping back in time, but with all the modern amenities.

Great customer service, location, service, art throughout the hotel and live music. This is our preferred hotel when we come to Miami. We have tried other hotels but always come back.

Wrong room completely, put in seperate double beds on Valentines day weekend. Blamed by staff initially, though their mistake. Staff seemed overwhelmed throughout hotel.

The rooms were very nice, clean and the bed was most comfortable ever. The best part was that the A/C and ceiling fan were able to get you freezing if you wanted it to.

When booking I thought I was getting Ocean view. We got an ally view. Also the resort fees are $45 and valet your car is $40 per day, our room sink wouldn't drain and shower was only cold water. Mgmt took off $90 resort fee for that. Keep looking

Art on the walls, breakfast room and reading NY Times for 2 hours while having breakfast. Morning yoga on the rooftop - excellent surprise
