Park Royal Miami Beach managed by Accor

The staff was super friendly. Very clean rooms, close to the beach and trolley stop. kitchen was very well equipped and super useful, publix is a couple of blocks away but not a lot of restaurants in the area, so having a mini kitchen was great.

We stayed as a group - booked 2 rooms. Nov 2- Nov 6. The pool was not working the entire time which was a big disappointment because we specifically picked this hotel because of the pool. Other than that everything was excellent

The website shows a kitchenette, but at check-in, they said nothing is available because they can't 'clean it'. Despite having a stove and microwave and large refrigerator/freezer, there were no plates/silverware/pots. Not even a coffee maker!

Good location, very close to the beach and easy access to Miami Beach Troley.

Parking was not included and quite expensive: $32,50/night.

Very clean and comfortable bedroom.

The fee for the parking should be charged accordingly the number of days, too expensive for just one night.

The kitchen in the property is excellent, very well equipped with pots, glasses, plates, wine glasses, cutlery, and various utensils that made our stay much easier.

The only negative point was that one of the beds made a spring noise when we moved, which could be improved. Overall, the experience was good and the space met our needs.

It smelled very clean and fresh. There was nobody out hanging around which was a plus for me as I was traveling with a toddler.

They didn't have an ice machine.

I appreciated the small boutique style hotel. It was very easy to get in and out of the secured property. The location was walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The free city Trolly Stop was across the street. Walking to the beach was very close. The rooms were clean, basic, and spacious. Having the kitchenette was great to have.

The only thing I didn't like was having all our windows frosted. I'm not sure if all the units are like this. But it would have been nice to see outside. Also, being on the bottom floor, you could hear a lot of walking noise from the floor above.

Despite requesting a quieter room, we didn't get one. The back door on our room was easily opened from the outside unless it was locked.

- Nice and clean appartment- Easy access to the beach- Friendly staff who kindly informed us about the savings by parking acroos the street.

- Lots of noise 24/7 from Indian Creek Drive- Extremely expensive parking at the hotel, compared to the cost of the public parking just across the street.

Clean, spacious..... nice staff... not too far from the beach... there's a free beach trolley that goes from opposite the hotel all the way down the central Miami South Beach.Shops & cafés close by... would have preferred the pool to be open later it closes at 8, which I think would have been nice till 10 to experience night swimming.

We visited alongside our friends & our deposit was taken on my friends husbands card (who I'd not met until this trip) upon leaving I thought the checkout was at 12... then realised it was actually at 11!! Which meant me & 3 kids had to SCRAMBLE out of the room to allow housekeeping in. I also forgot there were dishes in the sink & food in fridge & garbage in the bin.... as i was rushed, it totally slipped my mind! My FRIENDS husband was charged a fee for us leaving our dishes in the sink!! He was also sent a message from the hotel commenting at the "very dirty" state the room was left in.... I suffer from an autoimmune disease, which leaves me with forgetfulness & I was treated abruptly when messaging the hotel because I forgot to do the dishes... so I asked them to please refund him (as I do not even know him) & charge me the fine for washing the dishes instead... I was told they will not refund & its down to booking.com to sort that out, not them. I will not be returning as I felt discriminated against & believe they need to sort out their customer service!!

Our second stay at this hotel, very clean and spacious rooms with great location.

This time we got a room with a terrible noice probably from air conditioning downstairs. It was very disturbing specially during nighttime….

We booked this hotel "last minute" and we don't regret it. Staff were very nice and helpful, it was clean because ladies were cleaning every day. Great location - many option for buses, trolleys, short walk to the beach, some trips offered by hotel

Beds are a little bit squeaky, but only when you sit on the corners :pLittle bit noisy street, but it was not a big deal

The beds are not comfortable at all. That was the only turn off for us. The rooms could be also a little bit more cozy.

Too many rules about cleaning kitchen after yourself and throwing garbage away. I haven’t used it at all but thought it should be part of room cleaning

The location was good. The room was clean and the front desk person was nice.

They charged my credit card the full amount before we even got there.

This was my first time every visiting Miami. I love park royal. The young man that work during the day time and get off at 11:00 he got good customer service keep it up. I am very pleased with the room very clean and nice I will be back.
