the look, the location, the cleanliness, very quiet

the staff was very presentable and helpful....although the personality was not there. They did not make us feel welcome when we walked in. They did not do anything to create any amazing or wow experience.

The position is convenient to reach the South beach. The staff are very friendly.

Some rooms seem to be furnished recently with a smell of paintings.

Room needs better toiletry. Check in process is slow. needs improvement.

Location was just close enough to the busy-ness of Ocean Drive and Collins but also quiet enough to get some sleep and relax. Super cute and sleek boutique hotel. Staff were helpful and kind. Really enjoyed having a balcony.

AC didn¿t ever seem cool enough in the room, probably due to the heat outdoors. No microwave on the premises at all. Pool and chill room closing at 7pm seems just a bit early.

The location

The hotel was extremely overpriced for what we received. For a plain bed only 3 plugs in the entire room we had to unplug a light to charge our phone. And you have to move the tv and unplug that to use the coffee maker. And there is a strong musty smell.

Very clean hotel and it¿s close enough to walk Publix, TJ Maxx and Total Wine. I actually feel like I¿m getting something for my resort fee because they give you chairs on the beach as bikes to ride. Overall a nice hotel with a lovely steak house close

A little noisy because I could hear people in the next room. So in this room walls were thin, but you can¿t control who is in the room next you.

Close proximity to many restaurants and beach access 5 min walk away. For $80 additional dollars, we were able to check in several hours early.

Hardwood floor in room had several long black hairs along baseboards. When I wiped them up with damp Kleenex, floor was very dirty. Temp in room was 81 degrees and we were unable to change it. Took asking 2nd desk clerk, after 3 hours before it was fixed.

Nothing besides pretty good location

Hotel gave us a used room, poop on toilet, hair in shower and dirty tissues in trash. Vomit in hallway, told staff and they left it there for over 24 hours due to no maintenance staff.

We loved eating in the court yard, the staff was friendly, and the location is unbeatable.

Our room was rather basic and a little tired. The white paint shows every sin the cleaning staff failed to remedy.

I loved everything! The staff were very nice and accommodating, the hotel and room was very clean and ascetically pleasing. Also, the location was great; not right on the beach with all the chaos but close enough to get the experience.
