Easy check in and check out.

Street parking was a bit of a pain and morning staff were not very friendly

Location was great. Walking distance to south beach and many restaurants in the area.

The room was too small and too close to the receptionist. Comforter sheet had red lipstick all over it along with the two robes. The walls and chandelier were covered in thick dust.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Still easy walk of 7 blocks to beach, lots of restaurants. Staff checking in and staff on later in the evening were both lovely, friendly & provided excellent service! Our breakfast was freshly made & was delicious

Checkout was odd...required key to exit gate but my husband had to unlock it while I held it open return it to front desk. Person didn't offer to walk out with us. Metal chair in room..went with decor but was noisy and not comfortable. Better to have non

Perfect location

Room was dirty , they didn't give me towels , tv was glitching, couldn't sleep walls are this and I could here everything from the floor above us ....small space

Friendly staff, close proximity to a lot of things

The walls are so thin that every time someone in the next room moved or shuffled around, it would wake us up

The staff was unfriendly, and there were yellow stains all over the bathroom floor that looked like urine. When I asked them about it, they were rude and refused to clean it, trying to blame it on me somehow even though I had just walked in.

Bathroom door rusty and made loud noise when opening and closing. The chair in the room was flimsy and uncomfortable.

The hotel is very dated. Some updates are needed immediately. The rooms were not cleaned properly. There was hair, dust and just generally not that clean. Towels were stained and dingy. The breakfast was as basic and blah and Street parking was 1st come

Great location, b&b owner always answered her phone and communicated well, lots of potential to be cute and fun although covid restricted some of that, free street parking

Clean on surface, but filthy/moldy bathroom vents and hair left behind from previous guest. Staff was there only a limited time (typically when you are out exploring) so we couldn¿t get washcloths when we needed them. Breakfast was not very tasty.

The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staft where very polite. I love the locación. FREE PARKING. Other hotels you need to pay valet parking or pay the City. I wil defenetly will go back there.

Didn¿t clean our room the entire stay but it¿s excusable because of covid.

Hotel has black wash cloths, which means the aren’t bleached. This is the only reason cleanliness gets a five star.

This was by far the best Hotel/B&B experience we ever had! Hotel employees went above and beyond in providing an outstanding experience! They custom made your eggs in the morning, and served a delicious breakfast! Should get voted best place to stay!

The staff at the front desk was exceptional. They were super helpful and courteous. Breakfast was included and service was excellent. We had a great experience at this place.
