Staff was good. Decent location on main road near buses and the boardwalk

rooms too crowded. 35-40% of residents were homeless .cop car always out front

Location was great and was able to walk to the beach. JJ and sati were great, and made the process easy for me.

Needed a bigger blanket for a 6¿1 man. Wish there was more of a schedule for the breakfast and dinner, I did not eat any of the ¿free meals¿ Not as much room to put my bags

Not a Hostel. Seems a prison. Not good at all. Only if you go with friends and share room with them. And this case, stay all day out.And... not include dinner in your reservation.

The ¿room¿ is not a room, it¿s a closet! Too small, no curtains no mirror no nothing, very depressed place

Location was walking distance to some good restaurants and convenient stores for small needs.

Not as pictured/marketed... at all. My room was far from private (as paid for) even after I had to switch a room as I was put in a share room with others, and the room was dirty and bed a plank of squeaky springs.

Front desk. Hire people who don¿t vape in front of paying guest especially when they are in need of help or simply asking a questions. That is unprofessional and trashy.

Nothing, i got scammed

So they cancelled my reservation twice just before coming, ofcourse no answer in app , money wasnt refunded, later checked the building there was no reception, doors open looking unsafe and abandoned.There seemed to be people living there, but i personally didnt get any app answer, refunds for cancelling nothing.

This is scam- they cancelled my reservation, and when i was there i went to address. It was abandoned building, with no reception and probably dangerous place where you can get robbed.

Nasty bathroom was nasty door didn’t close whole in tube blinds broke worst experience ever!!!!!!!’n

I really appreciate the staff because they maid check in very easy and comfortable and I really needed that customer service. I also appreciate the location it was very easy to get around by foot.

The room was very tiny still comfortable also the bathroom door didn't close all the way and windows in shower didn't allow privacy...

Booked through their website, but upon arrival was told they do not have the room I booked available. They didn’t offer a refund, and after weeks of calling and emailing, no answer, no response, and no refund. This is a scam.
