Location

Bathrooms are unclean, mold and unmopped floors. Shower and sink was clogged so you would step in others dirty shower water. Manager did not take my concern regarding people stealing serious and said I should expect this for the price

Promximity to Miami beach

-the cleaner thought that I had checked out, and removed my pajamas from my bed and put it somewhere. I asked the staff for help, and a lady came up to my room, checked, and said she would come back after checking elsewhere. The staff lost my pajamas.

The staff was kind, the location was awesome, and the amenities were great!

The rooms were SO HOT!!! And I wish some of the common areas were open 24/7 - I couldn’t sleep but had no where to go hang out!

Nice vibe, also a nice touch that they let you get a free drink as it's called Bed N Drink. Love the location.

The speed of processing the check-in. We literally were standing 1 hour in line to check in. That's a bit too much.

Missing any kind of guest amenity you would just expect. Like a fridge or even more than one bathroom in the hallway at all. Not a super nice room but it was cheap and clean

Beds are not comfortable! Staff enter to the room and make a lot of noise! No privacy! But for the price you get what you paid for!

Restroom and shower were separated and shower was really big. Enough space to put clothes and stuff separately. Water was lil weak

There wasn’t any divider door between entrance room and bedrooms. So there would be a lot of light coming in if somebody tried to sleep

The rom was really spacious. Great location! Friendly staff in reception.

Our room on 2d floor was wall-to-wall with air conditioning system for the building, that is noisy. I couldn’t believe but you can compare it like to have a turbomotor right beside your bed. Couldn’t sleep for the most of time. In the morning there was only cold water in the shower. However they fixed it after we had reported to the reception. Friendly and helpful stuff in reception.

returning guest, been coming over the years here and always happy to be back. Best location in Miami Beach. It's clean, safe location close to everything. Stuff was helpful, especially Bianca, was very happy to see that she is still there after all the years. Bianca if you are reading this, next time you ll get the chocolate :)). I didnt realize that the hostel belongs to equity point. I ve been to all of your hostels in the other countries :)).Love coming to this place, would come again and recommend it and you actually deserve higher rating on booking. thx until next time

They removed the kitchen and the fridge. It would have been nice to have small place with microwave and kettle at least. no more breakfast. They give you free welcome drink mini margarita. Would have preferred free coffee instead

The cheapest you can get in Miami which is not cheap at all for European standards. The cushions of the bed were not ok. It was clean though and close to the beach.

I love everything there. Cell phone service bit hard other than cell phone service and internet its perfect hostel and Being Queen McCaina Tzin its just right and I love it. Booking soon and look forward to recovery of my stolen assets to book a private room. Love you guys!

WiFi. I stayed at room far from the entrance and the Internet connection was weak.

Nothing, They could offer an American breakfast or coffee with toast. But the restaurant is closed.

The air in the room. They say you can't change what's already been settings.And The housekeeping service did not change the bedding when someone left the room.

Nothing Honestly I have been in many hostel around the world but I had never felt like these place..First the check in the girl working at the front desk has no idea about the job she is working there I think because she don’t cost sheap for the property as this is the politic in Miami …second she don’t even speak a word en English only Spanish and anything she has to ask she call other girl that she is worst working at the bar that I don’t if she is a bartender or front desk or cleaner or security or important is the owners don’t spend money in professional personnel and give good service …

Everything is bad dirty ,had bad service ,expensive ,you can’t speak anytime to the manager you always have to deal with inept etc..it’s a scam pay bit more and enjoy your holiday..

Only location

This was truly one of the most uncomfortable hostels I've ever stayed in. The beds weren't comfortable, there were no curtains, and the people in the room were extremely disrespectful. Things were scattered everywhere. Judging by the state of the room, it looked like a war zone. I'd recommend staying there for a maximum of 1-2 nights.

My 4 or 5 time staying here over the years. I return because of the great location and the cleanliness . Would I stay again ? Yes it's still good however a bit disappointing to see that they have removed the kitchen . Otherwise no complaints.

The hostel removed the kitchen. In the past they had kitchen and offered mini breakfast. It would be good to have a corner at least with a kettle and microwave to make tea or coffee. This time I gave 8 as I miss the kitchen or a corner where to make tea, coffee, or microwave

The location is perfect! You can do a lot of thing just walking distance and also can rent a bike to do more. I used Lyft to move to different parts and was also so cheap from there.

My room was terrible and smelling so bad, to change the room was more expensive than what i paid before, you need to pay $50 for security when you do your check in, the employees were not welcome and didn't understand english... just spanish.
