By agreeing to this jurisdiction and venue, both parties consent to the convenience and fairness of resolving disputes in this specific jurisdiction. **Attorney's Fees Clause:** In the event of any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising from or related to this rental agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and court costs incurred in connection with such action or proceeding from the non-prevailing party. **Limitation of Damages Clause:** To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the property owner/landlord's liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from this rental agreement or property use shall be limited to the total cost of the stay as indicated in this agreement.
