For me, location, staff and cleanliness

Room. Bead was great, only one chair that weighed 250 lbs and ONLY 1 small table. Not enough outlets as well and bathroom needed to be updated with adult size toilet and vanity

Great location, friendly staff.

A bit of black mold in the bathroom due to a dripping shower head. Black mold in AC vent.

Hotel employee at the front desk was very helpful the rooms where clean great rooftop view but could be updated

Didnt like the small tvs the roof had a great view but chairs and the roof floor need to be upgraded

The Location was the best

I was given rm 103. Outside my window was ac units 6+ that made noises all night. The young daywork female was rude. No heat. I was never offered another room. The night staff at the desk lied and said he offered me another room. He didn¿t.

Didn¿t have much of a breakfast and you had to walk up 7 stairs to lobby and if you have a bunch of luggage it was hard but everything else was so great that I didn¿t care

This hotel is in a great location. The staff is very nice. The roon had a comfortable bed and clean room.

They don¿t have a pool , vending machines, coffee maker, microwave or refrigerator and the room was very small

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Location was great and so close to the beach and not far from southe point.

A couple of the hotel staff werent as friendly as they couldve been, but most were.

Hotel employees were awesome, and the rest of the staff was also great. The rooftop deck was nice. All that was missing was some umbrellas for shade. I truly appreciated being able to have my bags held, since I had a late flight after checking out.

The deposit was ridiculously high. My entire stay was $---, but the deposit was an additional $350. There are no real amenities,aside from the small wokout room. It would also be nice to get ice and use the microwave without having to bother the staff.

I like the cheap price for the great location.

I think the TVs and lighting in the rooms could be updated.

Only down side was the parking situation. But we were able to find a parking lot two blocks away for $10 a night.

The hotel location was very good. The staff was friendly. It was very close to the beach.

The rooms were very bright. It did have curtains but they still let alot of light into the room. Also, it was VERY noisy. I've stayed in the city before and the other hotel I stayed at was not nearly as noisy. At 7am every morning they were banging things

The hotel was very clean and in a safe location to walk to Ocean Drive, beach, and restaurants. The front desk folks were friendly, helpful, and greeted us coming and going. We will book again.

The room was extremely small and felt like a dorm room; however, the staff, cleanest, and location made it worthwhile. We didn't spend alot of time in the room anyway.

The location is hard to beat for the price. The bed was clean and comfortable. Based on the reviews from late 2022, they've tried to clean and paint the hotel. It looks like most of the hallways and rooms have gotten flooring and paint. 2 star is accurate

The room we got was pretty spartan. Old TV, but it worked ok.The plumbing was old and in need of some work. The sink drained slowly, and the shower took some effort to turn all the way off. The shower curtain was too short, so water ran all over.

Spacious room. Good TV. Great location.

4pm check in time when fitness room closes at 4pm and beach chair only available to 5pm. 40 usd resort fee for a beach towel hire and a fitness room that closes before check in. Definitely not worth it.

The location

Absolutely no updated furnishings, no closet space, no dressers no pictures. Their were no amenities and the shower came out the ceiling and not the wall, plus it was leaking. I was not able to take a shower. They were working in the building, very noisy.

The pictures on website do not match with the hotel. The corridor is very dirt and smells badly, there is no breakfast, the roof is closed. Moreover, the employees are very rude sometimes to manage problems. No receipts for the nights. Refund takes lo
