The bed was super comfortable and the room had everything I wanted

I really loved this hotel so the only tiny thing I can possibly think of was your shampoo in the shower wasn¿t shampoo. It was a harsh soap, so after my shower, you can practically break my hair, it was so stiff LOL. I just ended up using my own shampoo.

The controllers of my life since MARCH made sure that I had a room front/center, 2nd floor, so the world could see my comings /goings & visitors for a snarky poo .HE wouldn't MOVE ME & was NOT NIce either. The sign we are so over you

Rooms and first floor lobby were very clean. Most of the staff was nice but not all.

Was placed in room 2nd floor right above library & bar. Very loud and could not sleep until after midnight.

The hotel is old and outdated. Room facilities are basic. Breakfast is also very basic with limited choice.

Good ervice, well maintained facilities, good breakfast. Overall good atmosphere.

The lighting in the room is too dark.It’s a long walk to the beaches and the city center.

Decent property. Wish the rooms didn’t have carpet. A nice vinyl plank flooring would be better. And the lighting in the rooms isn’t great

That there is a bathhouse/sauna on premises. The room was very spacious.

That we had no access to the balcony…like all rooms that we observed, the heater/AC unit being rigged to have the “exhaust” go out window/backdoor areas.

Location was in a quiet area, just a few blocks from Lincoln Rd Mall

Very noisy, you need earplugs if you’re staying here, bar opens to 2am and rooms doors bang very loudly and will wake you. Not secure at all, anyone could walk in from the street, take the elevator to your room and try to enter without going into the lobby. Also I was not aware there is a gay sauna on the first floor. If you want fun and a party this place is for you, quiet and relaxing try somewhere else. Breakfast was very basic, fruit, yogurt, toast, cereal, juice. There was a pancake making machine, but I didn’t try it. Also when I checked in I was told I had to pay another $40 for a resort fee????? Complete rip off.

Great Boutique hotel. Cute bar in the lobby, great little sauna. Room was spacious and comfy. Great restaurants and lincoln road a block away.

The hotel fully met my expectations. The bar is excellent and the overall vibe is fun. The location is also great, perfect for enjoying the area. The rooms are comfortable and exactly what you need. Overall, a very good experience, I would definitely come back.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable.

Room was extremely warm. The unit in the middle of the room could not keep up with heat and it was not even one of the hottest days in FL. I could not imagine staying there in the Summer.

Room was too warm with no way to cool it. Hair dryer after hair dryer did not work. You have to go down to the front desk with a cooler for ice. They serve pancakes with sugar free syrup, wtf?
