Hidden resort fee 33/night. Not mentioned when booking, but required upon check in sliding bathroom doors that didn't actually close all the way. At least an inch gap. The toilet is across from the mirror so you can see clearly No bathroom counter space

Absolutely no parking onsite. It was a nightmare to drop off the luggage and check in and find parking spaces during our stay. We had to constantly juggle parking spaces. For the money they charged us, upwards of --- a night, this is absolute waste of $

Stayed here for one night. Picked it because of the cribs (or pack and plays) they claim to offer. When checking in was told 2 would be brought up for my twins. Never got them. We had to sleep on the floor. Front desk attendant tried to fight me. Horrible

The room was nice and clean

There was obvious drug deals going on, on the front steps of the hotel. The guy would hang out all day and have random creepy visitors. Will definitely never stay there again.

Nice hotel on the street side. The room was very clean. The staff was extremely polite and accommodating.

The hotel room that I booked wasn't the room that I had received. The pictures had shown a rooftop terrace facing the street side. They gave me a room with a walk out balcony in the middle of an alley. I had to book another room at a different hotel.

Room was somewhat clean. Good location

Checking in was slow. Staff seemed to be confused at all times. They charged my card twice and said that i would get the refund back after i checked out.. im still waiting on the refund. My room was next to a construction site. Noice started at 6am.

The property was located next to several shopping areas and restaurants. It was in a decent location to the water. I love being able to rent bikes and get coffee.

I asked for two beds during booking. I traveled with a male friend and my son. I booked five months before our travel date. When we got to the hotel, the only thing available was a king size bed. They stated the hotel was booked in and they cannot accommodate our request for two beds. They stated they would send a rollaway bed up to our room, but they never did had to sleep in a bed with a friend and my son. They stated the reason was because we checked in so late, but I let them know right after booking we would be arriving late. Also, the air conditioner leaked, and there was water all over the floor. I reported it they came up and fixed it but the next day it did the very same thing. They stated breakfast was included, but my son did not have a ticket. I was told if I had any trouble to go back up and they would give him one when I went back to the desk, the front desk, lady stated I needed to pay for it. That was fine, but my son is 12 and did not eat very much.

breakfast was horrible hard to access no seats and you cant take food upstairs. the staff is super rude i booked a pent house but my flight got delayed making me come in a night later they sold my room and put me in a extra small stuffy room. bathroom needs extra work sand on the floor and we didnt even go to the beach meaning the room wasnt cleaned at all ! worst hotel dont stay here !!!!

I Really Loved The Mirrors In The Room Soft Beds

The Roaches Was Dead On The Floor And Crawling On My Bed I Had To Tell The Cleaners , Dirty Sheets , And The Food Was Nasty , No Mircowave In Room

I booked at the villa but got there early and rooms were ready at the President so that where we stayed. That’s the only thing we didn’t like some were at the villa and some of us was at the President but we all booked for the villa

That half of us was at the villa and the other half was at the President

Henry was fabulous and was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and well run. Bar drinks delicious.

We were in room 103 and the water in the shower would not get hot, even after several minutes.
