We did not get the room we paid for. It?s false advertisement, the pictures of the room are not as advertised.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It¿s a short walk to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants.

I wish the room I booked had a coffee maker and that the bathroom was bigger.

They charged a $34 extra fee plus everything else and had no parking which is $40 across the street¿ Tv didn¿t work. When entering the establishment the employees were in the walkway talking and smoking and didn¿t make way for a paying guest¿ front de

The location was good, but the pictures made the property look better than it was.

I thought it was on the beach.

The price is expensive, the room is small, the environment is very poor, the equipment is very poor, it does not match the picture, it is simply deceiving.

Stayed in the double room which was great. It had a kitchenette, small dining area and tvs in the bedroom and dining area. It¿s two blocks away from the beach, close to food options and shopping like Ross, CVS, Walgreens, Rainbow.

The elevator was out the entire time and we were located on the 3rd floor. Made it super frustrating taking our luggage down the stairs. There is an outside pool but it¿s located directly in front of a vegan restaurant and only open from 9-5.

The room doesn¿t look like what they have in their pictures.

Location is fantastic. Great curb appeal and very nice front desk gal. The bed and sheets were comfy and the kitchenette was nice. Our room was ready early so we got in around 11 am. The suite is a 1 bed apartment so very spacious.

Literally the only things I wasn¿t hip on was there was no coffee or end tables. Just a couch in the living room. And it does smell like a very old apartment complex but just in the hallways not the room. Great AC (2 of them)!

It was pretty quiet.

Mattress was extremely saggy in the middle. The carpeting was worn and had holes in a few places and there were patched holes in the bathroom that hadn't really been finished. In general, the place looked worn down and in need of major TLC.

The best thing I like about the hotel was the location if I didn¿t have a car. In order to park my car I had to look for a parking around the block or hustle with the parking attendant across the street to be able to leave your car there over night.

The staff was rude. The rooms were very old. The showers did not have hot water. The power was constantly going in and out. We had to sleep in our room without AC for two nights in 85 degree weather. Elevator was broken, parking a car was a joke.

Plenty we're to start. Room key had to be reset everytime I left the room. 4 times in one night. No Hot Water In Shower (They we're sorry) Charged an additional 100 room deposit and it's not refunded for 3-5 business days.

The location is very good

I was very disappointed in my room when I booked it I was under the impression that I was going to have a decent size room with a kitchen but that is not what I had it was a very tiny bathroom that I could barely fit in the shower and I am only 5¿2 .

For what it was it's an ok price and it had a comfortable bed. The location was close to everything.

The shower is not enclosed so water gets everywhere. There is also hardly any room to put all your toiletries and hang more than one towel.

Service of $30 a day however got no service. Had to get my own towels, toilet paper, take my own trash out, and if I asked for anything like a trash bag never received it. They offer free beach chair for guests however it¿s over 20 min walk away.

The locatiom Was nice and beach chairs were included which was pretty nice.

It was really disappointing that the pool was only open until 5pm. Also if you asked the Staff something about the area for example where to Park the car, they could not give us an answer.

Hotel was dirty, no parking available,nearest parking for overnight was three blocks away which cost $160 from 6pm until 10am the following day. Was charged $34 for hotel amenities which I was not able to even utilize due to use, the pool closes at 5pm.

The staff, they should wear an uniform. They look unprofessional, and theyre always on the phone with someone else while theyre managing my booking. They unfriendly, and looks like they hate their job. The lobby smells really bad.

The location was great. Centrally located, walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

The room was very small. Bathroom has a stain on the floor. Staff wasn¿t very friendly, when we checked in the front desk clerk had earbuds in and didn¿t take them out. Didn¿t gray us. Very quickly gave us our keys and told us our room number.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The Full Bloom restaurant next door is nothing short of extraordinary. Excellent food, drinks, and service. I might stay at this hotel again just so I can have easy access to the restaurant.

The room needed a little bit more attention to decor.
