Viscay Hotel

Staff were extremely accommodating to my needs as I was there for work and had brought in some extra items. The location to the beach (and the event I was working) was absolutely perfect.

The receptionist was very helpful. The location is great. The room is a comfortable studio. Everything you need in a short stay is in the room.

The noise. It’s right and the Collins st and very noisy at night. I had a difficult time to sleep at night. The sports cars and motorcycles can be very noisy in Miami Beach.

Locatio9n was superb, Receptionist lady was lovely but very disorganised we were a party of 3 couples, she asked if we had booked 6 rooms.

No lift with heavy luggage

The hotel is ideally located in a central part of the Art Deco historic district, close to the beach.

I really loved the location of the hotel, 5 minutes walking we get at the beach area with a lot of options of restaurants around and also at the beach. I loved the comfort of the bed, the size of the room, shower with good temperature and spray of water, and also the staff people, they are super welcoming.

If there’s a thing that I didn’t like is just the check in time, it’s til 10:30pm. My flight was at night and I also wasn’t able to do it

The location was great.

There was no elevator, the room was not really clean & it was dusty, the bed was not comfortable, the seating furniture was not comfortable, we never used the kitchen because when I went to turn on the light a roach ran across & behind the frig. After talking to the front desk I was told there was no hotel housekeeping to call because they all left before noon. As a result the counter clerk went and sprayed some bug spray. Based on the amount of money I paid for the room, I overpaid for this hotel and were never offered any compensation for our stay. Bookings photos are misleading. If you don't care about where you stay, don't mind bugs, and just want to stay close to the beach, then you'll be ok. Otherwise don't do it ! Don't waste your money !!

I loved the location, the size of the room, the kitchenette and the ease of checking in and out. The staff were friendly too.

Location. Staff. Could use lounge, luggage storage and restroom even after checking out. Nice old fashioned rooms. Microwave was an added attraction. Louise, Maria and Lauda were quite nice.

Viscay was a great stay! The location is prime, staff were very helpful and great. Clean, small feel but nice place. No big resort fees and perfect if you want to go explore south beach Miami. I will definitely be staying again.

There wasn’t anything I did not like. It’s a great value, great location.

There was no breakfast but you have a lot of options nearby. The location is great, close to the beach and to CVS/pharmacy and a lot of restaurants.Big thanks to Luis for his hospitality and kindness.

So the ? smells were coming out once we finished.No tooth paste and brush and soap bar for basins. Apart from that all the facilities are good.But there has body shower, conditioner and shampoo.

This hotel is right in the center of South Beach and is close to everything! It is clean, quiet and decorated in the original style of the year it was built.

No bars of soap in room, I was not informed of amenities (beach towels/chairs etc) when I checked in. I saw other people getting them.

Great Location with walking distance to everything on South Beach. Friendly staff, helpful and personable.

The beds are painfully uncomfortable, and the bathrooms are tiny, one person at a time. Tough for a family of 4 to get dressed and out the door.
