I loved the code n how easy it was to check in n out of hotel

No parking

The location is in the heart of South Beach.

There's no one on staff! Seriously! No front desk. You have to call a 1-844 number to get room access. The room was last updated in 1974! Rust on the fridge, NO SAFE, NO WASHCLOTHS! The floor was torn to hell and they used a mat to cover it.

I wasn¿t given the room I paid for, there was a hot water problem in the room. I got my access code changed without any notice of the change. When I called the number to the hotel I was treated very poorly and they hung up the phone. Will never recommend

It was more like a motel than a hotel. The entire building needs to be demolished. I felt like I was in jail and the room I was in had a hole in the wall. The sheets had stains and the bathroom looked like it was about to fall apart. Headboard was dirty..

The low-key location close to all the places I was interested in going to while here!

No valet parking or anyone to talk to when arriving/checking in! You're just left on your own to figure things out. Not recommended for someone who has trouble with common sense if you know what I mean.

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is close to many restaurants and the beach.

No coffee maker in the room. No breakfast of any kind provided. No one to check us in. We were lucky to find two other guests at the locked door when we arrived. They helped us get into the building and our room. Parking garage 2 blocks away.

No towels no security - people were fighting and yelling all night. I didn¿t sleep at all. My room never got cleaned. It was literally the worst hotel I¿ve stayed at.

The staff: cannot request clean towels: if ur phone dies and forget access code how will u get in the room? Over all will not book this hotel/ apt again staff is very unprofessional and the boss told me of the towels don¿t come back white I have to pay

The proximity of the beach

Since our first day in the hotel we had no hot water. On the 2nd day our AC stopped working. I told the staff about both problems and they only fixed the A/C which ended up not working on our last day.

Everything was perfect for us

The location was perfect! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was so convenient. Our room was very clean. We heard absolutely no noise from the street or other guests. We would definitely stay here again for a quick visit!

Our room was quite small, but it was not a problem for us as we were only staying for two nights. There were a lot of people smoking on the front patio area which was frustrating for us as non-smokers.

Great location clean rooms terrible staff they were nasty and told me that I knew what to expect when I booked that weekend but this was my first time and the service was awful from the front desk. I could go on and on

The staff was rude. I got a hotel expecting to avoid having to search for parking and was told they did not want to send me their valet out in traffic and to figure it out and asked what I wanted them to do. Won't return EVER. I will tell EVERYONE!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the mini fridge.

When we first arrived we killed a large bug on the bed sheets. We noticed gnats all over the walls, shower and counter top. The front desk attended then came and sprayed our room down with chemicals. It stunk the entire night.

Location right across the street from the beach and very central to all restaurants and nightlife. Set back a little so it was quiet. Very helpful staff and beach chairs, towel, and umbrellas available. Newly remodeled.
