Newly renovated. Clean. On the beach.

Location. Cleanliness. Rooms were a bit small, but it's okay usually we were walking outside enjoying the beach.
In the middle of the night we had someone knock on our door pretending to be from Guest Services & they were not. They attempted to get into our room. I did not feel safe!
Location was great and amenities offered including beach chairs and beach towels.
Rooms were dirty and bug infested, fixtures were broken, a/c unit extremely loud, poor quality bed and bed linens, literally no decor in the room.
The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times so I enjoyed my stay
Our room?s ac was bas extremely loud and it made the room very very humid we had to leave our room door opened many times in very sure it was a broken ac. We didn?t complain bc we learned this after a night and didn?t want to moved everything with us
Outskirts of action on South Beach. Art Deco look. Beach access.
Omg. Simple yet elegant! The beds where great. I love thedecor and the photos down the hall ways. Staff deserves a Standing Ovation.
If anyone has something negative to say about this hotel they are probably just negative all around. This hotel is beyond amazing and there is nothing to dislike.
