Great location, great set up for chairs/service on the beach, and great staff!

Would not consider the four star hotel. The website mentions amenities that were not offered, like robes. The bathroom/shower area is very cramped. And we found a small cockroach like bug in the shower.

Room was damaged and not well kept. Staff intentionally mislead my girlfriend and I. The room was 60 degrees when we arrived and too cold to sleep in, we asked for the temperature to be adjusted and were assured the heat would be turned on, no heat in bld

Resort fee for someone that just comes to sleep and moves on , no glass to be found in the room , barest minimum , Good point coffee maker.

Hotel blared continuous pool side music outside room at 7 in the morning. Dealt with 3 different individuals at front desk. None of them were friendly. Borderline snobbish. One read postcards we asked to be mailed. Postcards never received.

Location was good. Close to the beach and other amenities.

The room was small. There is no separate bathroom. The shower (no bathtub) and wash basin are in the bedroom.

I liked the fact that it was a quiet hotel. You never know what your floor will be like and I got good sleep the whole time I was there. Every staff person I met were very nice and worked really hard.

The pool area is a little small but I like the beach too so it didn't really impact me. It advertised that it had a bar in the pool area but it didnt.

staff -cleaning ladies were rude. became verbally aggressive with my family. front staff accused us of lying. .AC was horrible rooms not cool enough

From check in to check out everything was great, and the hotel is beautiful! Loved the pool area. Victor at the front desk was amazing. 10/10! The housekeeping was also great, came at the same time everyday and fast!

AC was out on our 5th day, but did what they could to help us! It was not their fault. Possibly add more chairs at the pool!

Nice bathroom and room size

They pool was closed and i still had to pay a resort fee. This was the main reason i booked the hotel. I wanted to chill by the pool. The pool area was also completely filthy. The pool bathroom was disgusting. I almost left to lodge somewhere else

The location was good!

Could be better cleaned and the rooms in the bottom were very dark and a weird smell. Could be better but good for the price. Very small Lobby and pool

Nice and clean with city and ocean view

Great location, staff was very friendly and room was nice and clean. We had a lot of fun and appreciated the experience.

The cable service that was provided was super subpar. Not sure who the provider was but there was not really anything on ever. I would consider switching else where!

Loved everything!

The location is convenient it¿s close to everything. Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very helpful. we arrived very early for our check in time but the staff offered to hold our luggages while we walk around the area.

Hearing the toilet flush above us but not a big deal.
