Renovations are definitely needed and overall inspection Will reveal that. All the rooms we have stayed in had some kind had some kind of water damage evident.
Amazing ocean view from our window! Free parking with valet and location were excellent!
Beds weren't comfortable at all, but with the price and view it was easy to overlook that.
Location and staff
Room was filthy floors and refrigerator not cleaned, broken shower, broken sink and hair still in the bathroom. Maybe other units were better taken care of in this building.
Location was great. The proximity to the beach and Russian/Turkish baths was the best feature.
The valet and check in process was not very convenient nor was it pleasant

The bathroom was gross. There is rust/mildew the wall. The towels were cheap and thin, as was the bedding. You can see the mattress through the bedding. The paint on the walls was poor, as primer was clearly not used. No housekeeping. Very noisy.
Nothing! Even location was not worth the stress.
Absolutely dissapointing experience in terms of customer journey.Run around from desk to desk to find the right one to check-in, no agent at the desk; when assisten in the end as major compliance issue identified in terms of handling payment card details
