Agave on the Beach

Great location, and price is competitive. The staff were very nice, even let us keep our bags in the lobby after checkout so we could explore. Great shower with VERY hot water, just how I like it.

The vent fan in the bathroom didnt work, so it got a little steamy. Nothing that lessened the experience though.

There were great attractions nearby but a lot of walking was required.

I was charged more than what was quoted. May have to considering using Hot wire or other sites in the future.

Verry nice and comfortable accommodation. Location is one of the strengths of it, situated one street away from the beach, Staff was very prompt in answering my questions and to my needs. I would definitely recommend.

The room just seemed like some dusty old property with white paint, a bed, and television to make money off of. I understand people want to make money in America but we have to put some effort into the amenities and cleanliness. Some many people and places in Miami just seem like they're in business for the money only. No care or concerns whatsoever just money, money, money.

I didn't like that the housekeeper or staff would just open my room door and enter without knocking and then say oh I am sorry after. It's like no we are not children you deliberately meant to just walk into my room unannounced. This happened more than four times during my stay. It was unbelievable

everything the owner was very helpful I had forget my pass code for the room he call me in guide me to the process come to find out the code wasn't wrong I was putting the wrong #lol but anyway the cleaning lady no English but we communicate with googles

I don't see anything wrong at all for a change maybe parking the parking was to far for me but it was only 10 dollars for overnight stay overall I definitely stay at the property again

Great location right in the heart of South Beach and 1 block walk to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants on a very quiet street with a neighborhood feel.Great value nice size rooms if you're a looking for a cozy place to sleep it is very efficient

Everything was great

Convenient location, helpful staff, quick response to requests. The apartment is equipped with a stove, coffee maker, microwave. some kitchenware. It is pleasant inside, the furniture and interior design is nice, towels and bed linen are clean

There is construction nearby. The gate lock was not working, so it was open all the time. There is no reception, each apartment has a separate entrance. No elevator, no view, no beach towels and chairs. The apartment was a bit worn out, some fixtures were broken.

Very hospitable and friendly host, very attentive to details like they change changed smart TV under my name during my stay it was really smart and sweet so when I needed to connect my phone I didn’t have to guessing which TV from 10 at the list to connect when I saw “Ivan’s TV” ??I really don’t know why people wrote in some reviews “hard to communicate, they answer late” what’s is a lie (maybe it was concurrent), I communicated through booking and host was answering me almost immediately or in 5/10 min even at night, some wrote “they don’t have reception in case of emergency :)” … well, when u have an emergency you call 911, okay, not receptionist :) It’s an apart hotel, what’s just very convenient for me, easy access, go in/out when ever u want, no one says a thing, quiet, I believe most rooms belong to the host, I heard people walking by my room but I didn’t have any problem with sleeping or noises … ?? when I need anything like clean towels or clean your room => very nice ladies from cleaning team brought it again like in 10/15 min ?? I needed late check out => no problem, they approved again almost immediately without asking me for extra charges (I decided even stay one extra day) and I’m very grateful ??

Didn’t like bad reviews from other people, I’d say it’s even a little pissed me off after I stayed at this property myself … first of all its seems like a complete lie or reviews from concurrent’s but if not … the question is what exactly do u want people for the price under 100$ sometimes (if its not holidays)? service with breakfast and room service like in Hilton or Ritz-Carlton -=> well, than y gotta pay 500$/night and go to Ritz-Carlton or Hilton ??‍♂️ but if y want clean room with kitchen, TV in the heart of South beach all for yourself and for the price like 20/30$ more than at hostel (that’s crazy) this place definitely THE BEST!

We loved how close it was to the beach! The staff was helpful, and the amenities were nice as well. It was also very private. It felt more like we had a place by the beach than renting a room.

At first, I was confused because there's no front desk. Then, I realized how much more private it was than constantly crossing a lobby.

The place could’ve been cleaner but worst of all there was no toilet paper. I repeat, for the majority of the stay there was NO toilet paper. The owner kept telling us they’ll bring toilet paper but they never did. They also told us to look into the storage room ourselves— also no toilet paper. What a waste of time and energy. I had to go out and BUY MY OWN. Which is frankly unthinkable.There was shampoo, soap, and conditioner in the shower. Except the conditioner had congealed into a solid block and would not come out….It was also on the second floor which was not advertised. We had a lot of luggage and there was no elevator. Instructions to get in were unclear

NEVER stay on this PLACE. SEE the pictures. The unit you provided has a strong mold smell that has severely affected my wife, who has bronchitis. She was unable to sleep the entire night and had to stay outside the room to avoid the mold odor, which is exacerbating her respiratory condition. You offered another room with the same issues. The room had no towels, the bed sheets were as you can see from the pictures never cleaned.

I had a terrible experience with my room and i moved to a different hotel. The unit you provided has a strong mold smell, and there are no blackout curtains on the windows. The bed sheets never cleaned. No towels and the offered towels that i had to pick up from the laundry were in horrible. I asked for another available room for us and they were exactly in the same bad condition. I tried to cancel the stay and no response. I ended up getting another hotel.

Nice location. Even though it’s in the city it’s still quiet at nice. Very peaceful.

The property was is very close to the event I was attending. I was also able to catch up on some shows being that the property has Netflix lol.
