The room was nice

I lost my car rental bc of them..... No parking I paid well over 400 dollars to get my car towed

I liked the location of the hotel. It was very close to the Botanical Garden, Lincoln Street restaurants, beach, and Holocaust Memorial.

The amount of water damage on the wood floor was disturbing. The Roku tv did not work. The cleaning products they use smell noxious. The A.C. was confusing and I don't believe the room has heat. There was black mold and rust all over the bathroom.

Not clean. Other people's eyelashes on the bed. Room was full of mosquitoes. Air conditioner was very damp, and it was noisy even when it was turned off. Hotel charges a hidden fee, and I was charged a lot of money for no reason

Toilet did not flush properly. No wash cloths provided until requested. Parking is overpriced in my opinion.

Parking can run out but city parking is nearby & affordable.

Horrible. I reserved 4 nights (nonrefundable), but I found another hotel and left after 8 hours. I couldn¿t take it. No hot water, no water pressure, mattress felt like sleeping directly on metal coils, and NOISE. If this is 4 stars, Motel 6 is 4.5.

Nothing. Arrived at midnight and had to call for codes to enter. They were located in a different hotel and put me in an already occupied room. After an hour on phone I used another service and went elsewhere. Trying to get a refund

Family Rooms are spacious, modern and very well equiped. We enjoyed the nespresso machine, and the washing machine and dryer after a day on the beach

Rooms isolation can be improved. We could hear the TV from our neighbours

Nice location, Rooms are very clean and makes you feel your self at home The hand written welcome letter is something I have really appreciate. It is also a quieter place and nice for vacation with familly.

the fact that it had a kitchen was very unique. Everything was spotless when we got there. quiet, unique location and experience. DEFINITELY will be coming back.

Kitchen wasn't fully equipped with things like blender and non-stick pans for cooking. Hotel staff would knock Every Day for housecleaning and enter without warning if you didn't answer.

Parking is right in the front on the premises. So wonderful! There is a slight fee, but SO worth it! Front office help, Eddie, I think was SO nice & friendly! Couldn't have been nicer. Place was immaculate! Clean, spacious, newly decorated. LOVED it!!!!!!

Can't beat the location. The 2 bedroom room was spacious. I would stay there again! Our room was very clean and ready when we checked in.

Parking is very limited and priced kind of high, $30.00. There was a garage that we had to park at that only charged $20.00/day. The pull out sofa isn't really a true pull out sofa. It just folds down and there is a big crease in the middle.

virtually NO on site parking and the closest garage was a block away. Additional $30 a day on site (if you can reserve it) additional $20 a day in the garage.

The way this room was decorated was with the Miami flavor. It wasn't an ordinary Hotel. It's like you're staying in your own condo.

There is only parking for about eight vehicles. I wish they had more area for that, but if you find a spot, you're golden!

Great location, grounds that are well kept, very chic and modern decor and design, comfy bed.

The doors and ceilings are paper thin so you can hear everything from stomping, to chatter in the hallways. Also, the bathroom tiles and shower did not appear to be cleaned for mildew very well.

The only problem we experienced was mosquitos flying into the room when door opens, due to exterior artificial grass which holds moisture. Other than that it was great! I would definitely stay again

The cleaners do an amazing job and have this place sparkling. The location turned out to be way better than we could have hoped for as it was 1.5 blocks walk to all the shops and restaurants and was quiet too. They have free bikes too.

Parking over the road is too expensive but the parking building on the corner is $20 for 24 hours
