Location.

The whole hotel is very tired looking incl our room and bathrm. Stained and worn furniture. Bathrm problematic in many ways. Breakfast was awful and NOT continental. Coffee/food only at 8 AM. No coffee/water in the room. Would not recommend. 1 1/2 star.

Regardless of booking my room a month in advance, I was still placed in the noisiest room.

The best of the hotel is it¿s location near the beach, that¿s all.

The room¿s forniture was disgusting, tacky and depressing, old style and with an awful smell. The mattress was really old and in bad condition. I-ve to beg for the room to be done twice in a week, the towels were all rotten. A bad & expesive experience.-

Night manager was horrible. So rude and short tempered. The location was terrible l was afraid fir my life at night and in the early morning, I check out early due to it.

I still didn't receive my deposit back?

booked well in advance, but still received a room on the ground floor facing not only the non-stop music in the courtyard but also the main traffic. only a single bedside table. Constant septic smell and black flies in bathroom. Stains on walls.

No valet¿ water in the shower wasnt working . Breakfast wasn¿t ready on time.

My Rental car was Tow within 1hour and 1/2 of my arrival the Front desk forgot to call Valle parking it was the hotels Faults and they didn't help I got charged $365.75 extra plus what I paid For the Car.

The king size bed was the best part. Huge and comfy. Slept like a baby.

The room and bathroom look old for it¿s location. The bathroom is super uncomfortable. The toilet was old like a public toilet and the sink was super uncomfortable to wash my teeth.

Location and customer service were top notch

Cleaning service had to be requested, but that may be due to covid.

Staff, the building itself was nice, especially the lobby, very close to the beach

Incredibly noisy. The windows and walls are so thin. I heard all of my neighbors, parties on the street all night, and garage trucks and commercial trucks all morning. Towels were not replaced. There was no mini fridge. Internet was very bad.

Location was good.  front desk tried to accommodate the best she could but the manager wouldn’t let me checkout without being charged for all remaining nights.

The beds are super cheap, old and hard. Worst bed in 25 years of traveling. Slept very poorly and woke up with acute back pain and asked to switch rooms. Same kind of bed in the other room so Ichecked out and no refund was given for unused nights.

Staff People were screaming at 7am (during the customer's vacation!). Hotel was without towels. Noise very strong everytime. Desk front staff nice but management  absolutely insufficient.

Really good hotel. Best location, close to Ocean Drive and downtown (Lincoln Road). Close to the beach, you get beach towels. Unfortunately, the breakfast is poor. We highly recommend.

The shower head was huge with great water pressure to enjoy a hot shower. Overall, this was a super place to stay and they have valet parking for additional fee. Breakfast -cereal,yogurt, muffin, bagel, OJ, coffee, tea, instant oatmeal.

Limited choice of beer at the Hotel Bar but a Walgreens right across the street. They put an additional hold of $100.00 for incidentals on your credit card which does not get lifted for 3 to 5 business days.

Room was not clean. Only one willow on bed. Rudely pushed into our room stating they didnt believe us. Said they had no pillows. Also no blankets. Told us not to use the elevator it offen got stuck. Night staff said there was no breakfast, there was.

I liked the location. Is was def KEY! literally 1 street away from the BEACH! The staff are very friendly!

It is a much older building- The bathrooms could use a revamp. It would clog very easy.

They have us a 2 bedroom "apartment style" room which was such a nice surprise! The location was perfect and right in the heart of everything! The rates over New Years were impossible to beat!
