Clean, simple, low-cost and convenient. The staff was very friendly.

Amazing location, staff was very friendly and helpful, restaurant service was good. Price was reasonable.

Rooms slightly dated, although comfortable.

Bathroom was dirty. Room smelled like mold. Went to speak to manager about it and she was extremely rude and accused us of lying. Was honestly Shocked at how rude she was. Will never book there or Recommend to anyone.

Do not waste your money on this hotel.

We had an incredible experience on our weekend getaway. From the start the staff is incredible and very accommodating. Hotel employee was very attentive and hospitable always. The hotel it self is in a terrific location and the grounds were also very beautiful.

Calm spot in a busy location with much history and character

great location, a couple blocks from Lincoln road & beach,

resort fee should be optional, we ended up using lounge chairs at beach only because we already paid for them. their recommended parking in lot south of them was $50, I negotiated better deal of $35 in lot just south of them.

Disgusting floors. Bathrooms are horrible. Rooms so small. We had to call at least twice for anything we needed. Toilet got clogged. Fire alarm had low battery. AC hardly worked. Tv remote battery disappearEd next day. No beach towels not available when n

I like the location, the ambience, the character of the hotel. It's a boutique hotel and it did it very well. I would rather not spoil any surprises, but suffice it to say it was nice.

The wifi is not that strong.

Service was excellent. Very cute boutique hotel. Location was wonderful. Breakfast on the patio was a highlight of the trip.

The hotel is an older building. In our room you didn't have to look too hard to see little details that belie that fact. However, none of them were a big deal. Overall no real complaints.

Being able to stay in a clean environment in which was very convient.. I plan to stay at this location on my next visit to Miami

Had a wonderful experience

Location is great. 2 minutes walk to Collins ave,5 minutes walk to Lincoln rd.

The room smelled not that good.

Staff at front desk were professional and helpful . Each one was A+. All were exceptional in delivering service as would be expected at hotel. continued fr. below: had dirty sheets before. Bathrooms need to be totally updated.

First room I was checked into had dirty pillow cases and putrid smell from bathroom.Next day was put into another room but sheet was not clean. Maid changed it. Clean bedding should be #1 priority in any hotel. Travelled to 82 countries & never problem.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was centrally located to shopping, restaurants and 2 blocks from the beach. The breakfast was excellent. It was also cool to go into the suite that Clark Gable had stayed in.

Room was very nice, just a little small.

The location was perfect. In this location you are within a short walk to some great places. If you walk down 17th St towards the bay, you find the Purdy Street area with some of the best restaurants on the beach.

In the bathroom, it would be nice if they provide 2 bars of soap.

In the middle of everything. I wish I did not rent a car as this hotel was very close to anywhere that zı wanted to go. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful.

Room comdition is a little overdated. However you get what you pay. AC was loud.

I loved the smell of the hotel, so clean@ great location and friendly staff.

The ac wouldn't really cool the room down. And I wish we would have had access to the pool during the night time.

Friendly staff

Bathroom was unclean upon arrival. No available onsite parking. Small rooms. The pool is a jacuzzi (not sure who want's to retreat from the 91 degree weather into a 95 degree jacuzzi)
