The staff

The shower leaked water everywhere. The Pool area and beach area were dirty/junky. The beach loungers that they provided were filthy and I didn?t even want to sit on it.

Great location staff very friendly but hotel is very small and dated. Things are rusted pool was not clean grounds of the pool area very old and plants overgrown. Not worth the price. Won?t stay there again.

We arrived early afternoon and hotel had no towels available for the beach area. I was very frustrated for the price I paid to what we got.

Amazing hotel in terms of employees, pool area, access to beach and boardwalk, retro style throughout and awesome location.

The fabulous pool oasis area offers food but it comes from another property so it takes a long time and warm items arrive cold. Also no chair side drink service but the bar hut is close and relatively quick.

The location was fantastic. The staff, especially those who worked in the pool/bar, went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We loved the easy access to the beach and included chairs. The grounds are beautiful. The room was unique and comfy.

There is only valet parking.

Highly recommend plan on returning soon Savoy will not let you down

Don't like that I had to pay a extra 105 dollars on check out for parking and hotel fees

Awesome staff! Everyone was friendly and accommodating to all of my requests. The location is right off of the beach and walking distance to all of the hottest bars and restaurants. My room was modern and has 3 balconies overlooking the ocean and pool.

There was an army of ants crawling on the wall from outside into the dining area. It was really weird.

The beach was the main attraction for my traveling companion and I. We chose this hotel specifically for the close proximity to restaurants and the water.

The only thing I found odd about this location was the 22$/day resort fee. I get it-the beach has to be maintained but when I inquired what the fee was for, I chuckled to learn it was for towels. Umbrellas were extra! Too strange but not a deal breaker.

it was located directly on South Beach . It was quiet and relaxing . The staff was so helpful and kind. I would love to stay here again. My room was huge and very comfortable. thanks a million

The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The pool is 10 yards from the beach. Beach is clean and safe. There are beach chairs and umbrellas and staff on the beach for drinks and food.

If you are looking for 5 star this is not it. If you are looking for quaint, easy access to beach, small lobby, three story no need for elevators, clean and save, 5 minute walk to strip and restaurants, this is it.

some issues with towel service in pool. Room had water leak through ceiling and bedroom window during hard rain.

Pool area was nice as was the beach. Very convenient to lots to do.

The buildings were very dated and tired.

No food or drinks after the pool bar closes.

The combination of the large pool area and also being steps from the beach is unique for the area.

Everything - it's a hidden gem. Olivier, the manager, is lovely. Everyone is so welcoming. The food is also delicious.
