Loved that the hotel was on the beach.

The beds were hard and the mattresses were old. My mattress actually bowed in such a way that the foot of the bed was visibly higher. The carpet was worn, ripped and stained. The overall feel of the room was not clean and my sheets had black smudges on

Many hidden fees upon arrival. Parking online said free, but in fact was$30 daily. Resort fees out of season to use beach. Housekeeping left room door open! Hotel in bad condition overall. Would not return.

Nobody spoke English it is a Spanish hotel. The rooms are not how they look on the pictures.

The people there they are so friendly, the hotel is in front the beach exactly the room have everything microwave,big fridge, cooker, silverware, glass, plates & coffee, the price is very reasonable

the furniture of the room is so old and looks cheap, the elevator is so old and looks bad there is no service on the beach no seats just a towel the hotel in general looks old from inside

Be more friendly

The perfect walk to the beach and the pool was the ONLY great thing about this location. The security staff is more helpful than the front desk people and seem to care more than the front desk staff also.

Where do I start!!!! When we arrived the lady at the desk told us we were to have beach chairs in our room, we didn’t, granted the person who runs this room fixed it and got us camping chairs the next day. You kinda need to fox the way you advertise your room, you cant say ocean front studio and say well i advertise the pictures of not being ocean front. You might want to say your property is ocean front not your studio so there for that needs to be fixed. But let’s get started on this no ac for 4 1/2 days out of the 6 days we stayed here. And when I decided to reach out to the property manager who couldn’t care less because it was a building issue and not a “studio/apartment” issue. As a property manager when you tenants are paying 650 plus dollars you shouldn’t be rude about it when we keep complaining because its the hottest days of summer and you cant offer up fans or anything and our room was 85 degrees. The front desk didn’t care either, and couldn’t have answers about when it would be fixed so just so you know the day you said it would be fixed IT WASNT!!!!!!! You also need to get pest control, you had roaches starting to come out right at the end of our stay and let me tell you that alone is GROSS!!! Your ceiling paint is also falling, every time we turned around we had to brush paint off the pillows where we laid our heads down every night. Im highly disappointed in the way the property manager decided to handle the air conditioning situation though, I should NOT have to pay all that money to sweat day in and day out when I’m not in the pool or at the beach!!

The beach and pool are fantastic. The location is great, within 0.5-1mile walk/drive of all kinds of food, Walgreens and Publix.

The beds were uncomfortable. We had 4 tiny pillows that were flat. The oven was unusable and taped shut. The description made it seem like there was a washer on the unit, which there was not. This is a condo, not a hotel. You can not get more towels or any service to the room. We had 4 towels for the entire stay. It had black mold in the shower and near the thermostat. The paint is peeling in this unit. The location was great, but this room was lacking. The hotel restaurant is also not open, closed for good. So several things not as advertised. When we inquired on the few things, we were met with “we don’t know why the restaurant isn’t open. The oven should work according to the owner.” No sort of resolve was attempted, and the oven was clearly taped shut, so kind of odd that there wasn’t an answer.

The location was great. Price was great

Location is great, close to the beach and a super market. Pool is big and nice for kids.

Quite dirty inside, the building is outdated, many windows don’t open or don’t close, electricity outlets don’t work, walls have many scratches and cracks, spider nets and dirt here and there. People smoked by the pool, trash all around…

The loctaion and the owner of the apt studio was kind and very understanding I just saw one roach but other than that it was great

The AD IN Booking.com said that the parking was included but no they force you to pay parking.
