Beautiful hotel and great location. The staff was fabulous and very friendly. They cleaned our rooms daily and turned down our sheets each night. The room was a little small but was worth it for the nice hotel. The beach was beautiful!

The staff is amazing. They have a great option for late check outs until 3pm. The Spa is great to relax and the location on the beach with beach club is superb. Valet parking is amazing, location is great. Have a little shop available downstairs.

Sometimes the hot water takes time to function, some hours when the hotel is using it might happen that the water is warm like but they told us they fix it. The walls are a bit thin. Beach food is ok but nothing special, would improve this aspect.

I really liked how The Palms Hotel & Spa blends a relaxing tropical atmosphere with a sense of refined comfort. The property feels like a peaceful retreat, surrounded by lush gardens and calming ocean views that instantly set the tone for a rejuvenating stay. The design balances natural beauty with elegant touches, creating inviting spaces both indoors and outdoors. I also appreciated the serene pool area and the easy access to a beautiful stretch of beach, which made it easy to unwind. Overall, the resort offers a warm, tranquil environment that feels thoughtfully crafted for relaxation and escape.

I honestly couldn’t find anything I didn’t like about the property because the entire experience felt so well-thought-out and seamless. Every aspect—from the atmosphere and amenities to the service and overall comfort—worked together to create a stay that felt relaxing and stress-free. Nothing stood out as inconvenient or lacking, and the resort’s peaceful setting made it easy to simply enjoy the moment. Because everything met or exceeded expectations, there wasn’t anything that left a negative impression.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere, but I was surprised to find that the two bottles of water in the room were not complimentary — I was charged for them upon checkout. Also, note that the TV automatically turns on paid content, so be sure to switch it off to avoid extra charges.

Room small for the price, no towel bars in the bathroom. Set room temp at 78, but it never went above 74. No Coke Zero at bar..

The elevators didn’t work for the whole trip had to walk stairwells made everything a bit miserable paid good money to have a nice hotel was pretty disappointing

Fantastic hotel - absolutely worth the money. We arrived well before the official check-in time (at 10 a.m.). The staff immediately gave us access cards for the pool, gym, and other facilities, so we could enjoy the hotel while we waited. Within about 20–25 minutes our room was ready and we were checked in—so quick and convenient.After checkout at 11 a.m., we had a late flight. We asked if we could stay on the property, and they once again gave us access cards. We relaxed by the pool and enjoyed excellent drinks without any hassle.Overall, an excellent, luxurious hotel. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

The bathroom light switch in our room was broken, and the keycard-activated elevator system was awkward - the touchpad often didn’t register on the first try and sometimes worked only on the third or fourth attempt. Also, the location is on the quieter side of Miami. If you’re coming strictly for nightlife and want to be in the thick of it, this probably isn’t the best base. But if you prefer calm and quiet, it’s perfect.
