Dorchester Hotel

The large room was everything I needed. The staff where very attentive... Very good location

Room was very large - actually a suite and price was very low. staff was friendly and helpful. we were able to check in very early.

building was very old/not well maintained - lots of "home handyman" style repairs such as plywood ramps. bathtub was rusty. room and main area smelled very strongly of mildew. pool area was not clean (leaves/insects in pool). towels were very used/old.

I have two children (2 years old and five years old). The hotel was perfect for the four of us. There was a kitchen area where we could prepare breakfast and a small table for them to eat at every morning. There was a good amount of space!

The hotel was perfectly placed among the fine restaurants and shops of South Beach. The beach and pool area a block away at sister property Marseilles is outstanding and is included. Free happy hour drinks at the hotel bar as well.

Customer service was okay and the beach passes were nice

Elevator was slow for only being there was only 3 floors. We were better off taking the stairs. The television channel choices were minimum and the channels didn't come in high definition. The parking passes were rather expensive for $33 each day

The location was great.

There was blood on the sheets. There is not enough parking. The first room smelled like fresh paint. The second room was outside, around a corner and isolated. At 2 am drink people started trying to let themselves in.

I liked the out door patio and the breakfast buffet.

The parking lot was small. The parking fee was $35 daiky. The hotel had an old musty smell. The bathroom was tiny without vanity or shelves. The front desk staff was nasty. The hotel guests next door was noisty. Housekeeping was poor. Pool was hot.

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

The bathroom was very small, had no hooks to hang a robe, etc. and no hand towel rack. The hotel should have at least one more computer for patron's use. We had to ask for towels a few times and I heard someone else asking at the desk for towels.

Need to Update bathroom, Furniture, Fixtures, Lobby, add paintings/artistic decor, new paint etc.

I aa charged for 3 days of parking n I didn't not have a car park there ..ask staff about it in got the run around..no refund just ignore n lied too

Staff were very friendly. Our room was in the hotel side and had a balcony! It was great. There was an amazing housekeeper (I cannot remember his name) he was great and a joy to see in the hallway. Always welcomed me and said hi. I will stay again!!

Location was ok.

Dirty Hotel. Feet were black and gritty every time I took my shoes off and walked on the floor. Card to enter the room NEVER worked and had to constantly be reset. Was told to not keep near a phone and even after that still had to be reset.

It was clean

Didn't have many amenities. Overpriced buffet with nothing much to eat

The location was excellent right across the street from the beach.

Room was dated smelled bad. Bathroom was small,light from street shined in my window all night. The curtain was to thin to make a difference.

The woman who worked in the breakfast lounge was very nice. It was also close to shopping, restaurants and the beach.

We had a very disappointing time at the Dorchester. The hotel was in very poor condition. Our room was stained and the fixtures were old and falling apart. The room smelled moldy and it was very loud. We left two days early into our four day stay.

Location was great and the room was nice.

There was construction right outside and it started very early in the morning. While the room was nice, the hallways need renovation.

I loved the staff! The front desk and the GM! The first room was not up to my standards but when I told them at the front desk they were quick to remedy the situation! So helpful they even extended my check out time! The best!!

Nice rooms & excellent kitchen. Great hotel employees. Amasing tropical plant atmosfere. Beach umrella with 2 sun beds are included

Parking is a bit expensive
