The location was great. Ocean Drive is the best place to be in Miami Beach.

The smell in the room was very bad. The room was tiny, and the shower wasn't clean and was smelly. Also, the beds were making noise with every move.

Great location in one of the original Art Deco hotels. Staff lovely

Great location. Ideal for exploring the Art Deco district of Miami. Really pleasant helpful staff. Nice dinner and breakfast

Tea making facilities would have been good. The view from the window was not good but we did accept this in as the hotel was in a busy location.

Breakfast was amazing, staff was responsive. Overall excellent stay on the strip near everything.

Iconic art deco style, great location and warm, welcoming staff at the reception desk.

Right across the street from the beach. And a couple blocks from the wine festival (which was amazing also). And we didn’t know this fact but it’s in the movie Scarface hence the car in the front.

Everything was really great. And although we weren’t looking for this amenity, it didn’t have a pool.

Location is great. The amenities offered of beach towels, chairs and volleyballs were most appreciated. The lady who checked us in Thursday night was very nice. The man who worked Friday morning was pleasant. The guy who woirked the weekend was not so nice both to us and other guests. In his defense, it was obvious that he was given too many tasks--you cannot service the busy front desk and also be bussing champagne up to rooms, etc. That's the job of two people at least. He was overwhelmed and should have only been tasked with manning the front desk.

The rooms were small, which we could probably get over. the mattresses in the rooms were positively ABSURDLY bad. Beyond the beyond of bad. Rediculous really. The mattresses / beds need replacing for something better for almost $500/night. Also, if there are 4 people staying in a room, there should be 4 towels, not 2. Friday and Saturday nights were very loud with people in the halls being very loud all night long.

Great location! Receptionists were friendly. They offered some beach toys, board for kids.

Sheets were threadbare. The room did not get cleaned until we specifically asked the cleaner and gave her a tip upfront.

It was very cool place to stay to spend the night before our cruise to next day and it is closer to beach and events down the street

Room was extremely small. Air conditioner was right next to my bed blasting cold air. Temperature adjustment did not work. I had to turn it off. Next morning the windows were wet from humidity (and we were there in January). Bathroom was also very small with 0 counter space.We arrived late at night. There was a concert on the beach, the roads to the hotel were blocked. We had to find overnight parking and walk 5 blocks to the hotel with our suitcases. Not really a hotel's fault but something to consider when staying near the beach.

The locations is superb , right opposite the bitch and plenty of restaurants around

The hotel is a boutique therefore is not a new building therefore we had some issues with hot water (sorted promptly from the staff!)

It is tired. The room need basic or water kettle tea coffee tissues if you in suit that’s basic special for the price bathroom defiantly need renovation. Worst sleep I’ve had woke up with back ache!
