Location

Staff not personable. Tried to tell me I didn¿t check out on my first stay when I did. They never had me sign anything so still trying to get my deposit back. Found a dead cockroach in the hallway to my room; did report it to desk staff.

I like nothing about this hotel¿. They doubled changed me for one night I haven¿t gotten the money back. The employees are thieves and liars they steal your money double charge you and never return the money my stay was over week ago.

Nothing at all. Old run down, pictures and images on the internet are deceiving. Even in comparison to similar hotels in its proximity, this hotel is over priced. The absolute worst place I could have chosen all to try and save a few bucks. Not worth it!!

The room was filthy and run down, no telephone in the room to communicate any needs or complaints to the front desk. Uncomfortable bed, just a small lamp on the night stand for lighting. TV is so high up on the wall you’ll get a neck cramp watching it.

The Hotel location is not safe, you have to check in in another a separate place from the actual hotel as there is not a front desk at the actual hotel. The staff were extremely rude. The room was dirty, the water out of the faucet was dirty brown

SLEAZY, DIRTY, RUDE STAFF, UNSAFE WE CANCELLED THE NEXT NIGHT AND WE DID NOT EVEN SLEEP THERE ON THE FIRST NIGHT WE BOOKED INTO ANOTHER HOTEL AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED APPARENTLY THEY TOLD US THAT THIS HOTEL HAS A VERY BAD REPUTATION THERE.

The Advertising Of Cable Tv Which Was Just Antenna. The Advertising Of A Queen Bed And I Received A Full.The Cleanliness Of Bathroom Was Bad Hair Fociles in the sink & shower head & After Voicing My Concerns I Was Told I Will Be Taking care of nxt time..

The worst hotel experience in my 60 yrs. Back still hurts from 100 yr old mattress. Doors slammed ALL NIGHT LONG. Loud parties & Lots of fighting-- the last one so horrific I thought bullets we're going to come thru the door. Shampoo was used. DONOTSTAY

the location is awesome for the relative price and the bright small lobby. Plus the Simple breakfast with coffee and orange juice.. I feel am in small town at South America or Africa tour.

Old lady at reception. Rude rude.. No professionalism . She remind me one rude lady at Government office. If you stay more than a day ... Keep your room as your Apt. ..expect days not cleaned the room .Second day I asked them two times but not done:(

The structure is old, there is no elevator, the conditions are acceptable if you are not too demanding. Be careful with your belongings.

Bad

When I got to the hotel I was told that there was no parking for my car I let her know that I cannot stay here if I cannot park my car, I was told that I wouldn't get a refund if I didn't finish checking in... I let the front desk know that I would just have to contact my bank. How can you be expected to stay at a hotel without being able to park your vehicle. I would like a refund for my $356.

air conditioning: my room had no air conditioning adjustment... it was only on one setting... it was extremely cold and there was nothing to be done... shower: just a thin stream of water and it took forever to heat up; bed linens: of SUPER LOW quality, not at all concerned with the comfort of the customer
