Ambiance was very nice.

A bit crowded at the pool. The lounge chairs could of been better( they were too low.

That it was oceanfront and that everything was very clean.

At checkin, we were informed the ocean view king rooms (that we booked) are actually partial ocean views. That's true for all the ocean view rooms. The true ocean views are called oceanfront. The description needs to be updated. Also, F&B were expensive

Location & lobby were amazing and the bed was a 10!

The beach staff attendants were very rude...we were there on 6/20 if that helps you with finding out the young ladies name that was working around 2-5 that day. Room needs updating as the furniture looks worn especially the balcony chairs.

The pools were great, the bars are overpriced, the room was perfect.

There was a party on our floor. I think because we looked younger(though we paid for a very nice room), they put us on the same floor as the party.

Room was absolutely incredible, so spacious and modern, very clean, hotel was great, had a fantastic experience here

The staff was phenomenal, the room was very comfortable with a great view, and the pool/beach was fantastic.

The restaurants were the weakest part of the hotel for us.

The hotel room is very nice and updated. The workers are very nice and helped me with the bags. Also, help me find a parking space to save to using the valet parking.

Only thing was the prices on using certain things. But it is a 5* star, so it is understandable.

Great pool area, nice location for beach access. The service at the pool and on the beach was very good.

The food and drinks were overpriced

The staff was lovely and the hotel spotless. The grounds were very beautifully kept and we loved how the beach was practically our backyard.

At night, the lobby was extremely bustling and crowded with party-goers, but the noise didn't travel upstairs so not a huge deal. Definitely wouldn't consider the lobby kid-friendly at night.

The smell (yes!) and the fresh, vibrant atmosphere. Lobby is a fragrant botanical garden, hallways have a wood-cabin feel, the rooms are well-equipped & fresh, warm atmosphere. Staff is happy to be there and they go the extra mile. Superb private beach.

My wife and I couldn't be happier!

The main reason we picked the hotel was location and the outdoor area was very nice. The feel was modern with a little twist of the history of older miami.

The room was stark white and very modern. Seeing it in the photos it looked amazing, but after staying in it for a few hours, we felt depressed from lack of warmth. The mattress was very firm. The mini fridge was high end but the drinks were lukewarm.

Service food and location

The hotel was definitely quieter than a lot of other hotels in the area and it really gave us the chance to relax in a wonderful atmosphere.

The rooms could use a tad of an update but overall nothing really to dislike about this place.

The breakfast was great. The view from a beach facing room is very relaxing.

The mattress and bed settings could have been more comfortable.

The room decor is beautiful & the frontline staff were polite.

This hotel did not deliver a five-star experience.The Oceanview King room was misrepresented for the first three nights, housekeeping was inconsistent, advertised facilities were not available as described, and issues required repeated follow-ups during the stay.More concerning was what happened after checkout: despite being assured that no additional charges would apply due to the issues experienced, I was later charged a significant amount without explanation and have received no response from management despite multiple attempts to contact them.Despite management confirming that Oceanview King rooms do not have the advertised view, the listing continues to display ocean-facing images over 35 days later.This stay required far too much time and effort to resolve basic matters, and the post-stay handling was particularly disappointing. I would advise future guests to be cautious and to verify room categories and charges carefully.
