The location.

No room service. Restaurant not that good for dinner.

The servers were great. Food was excellent. Pool was excellent. Great distance from the beach.

Housekeeping was every four days. We were staying for three nights, but there was four of us girls. We had a hard time getting towels and other toiletries in a timely manner.

Location!!!!! Loved that it's right there on the beach

Booked a partial oceanview-- no Oceanview whatsoever. Literally got to look at crap on a roof. Bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on. You can feel the springs of the mattress. Also valet takes forever due to limited space to pull into.

Location was good. Decent distance from South Beach.

Very unresponsive. Front desk doesn't answer phone and housekeeping maintains a busy signal.

My phone n the room wast working and the tv worked half the time... I called service but no one is came.

for the amount the i paid, I was expecting a much better stay and experience

The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to the port and restaurants.

This hotel IS NOT a 4 star hotel. It is a 2.5 or 3 at best. The staff was absolutely unaccommodating to our situation. We waited over 6 hours for our room. Having just arrived from a cruise, this was very disappointing and put a damper on our day.

the room had no view, just wall of another dirty building. The room was dark and two lamps were broken. Staff were moderately kind.

Perfect location close enough to walk but far enough for the maiham not to be a bother

Bathroom was a bit uncomfortable in space

The food at the restaurant was awesome .

It was very difficult to reach anyone , the front desk , the concierge , dining . You would continually call and no one answers most of my request had to be in person when I came done to the front desk

Very attentive and courteous staff , some things seemed a little dated in the room but overall very nice .

Trying to figure out the two TV remotes was a struggle but after a half hour I finally figured it out . But my wife had fallen asleep by then . Why does the pool close so early ?

The staff was amazing

There is no microwave in the room and you have to go to the staff for ice. The bathroom was really small.

Location was great. Valet parking was a op notch.

Construction outside our room until 11:45pm. Not what we expected when we checked in. We had early morning flight and got no rest due to the construction going on right outside our side of the hotel. Hotel staff should¿ve avoided placing guests there

Great location, staff is friendly, lady in valet is always exceptional. Pool and beach are both great!

Double room was extremely small this time, a bit difficult to stay with 3 people.

The location to the beach and restaurants were the best parts. The lobby is attractive; but the rooms aren¿t that great. The room was sort of old (compared to the lobby) and it didn¿t seem as clean as I would have expected.

Room and cleanliness could be better. Carpet was nasty (with stains); and bathroom was ¿meh¿ with rust spots throughout. Also, I don¿t understand why there were resort fees. It¿s not a resort. Pool is nice; but the music can be too loud. Not very rela

The location is great.

Our room was very rundown. The phone, refrigerator & AC didn't work but they tried to fix it as soon as we let them know. They ended up moving us to another room that was rundown as well. Disappointing.

It was a larger hotel with a boutique charm. Location, location, location!

It did not specify that there was just 1 king bed and no couch. Would be best if they mentioned no couch. The did provide a pullout bed at request though, so they did try to accommodate us.

The only thing I like about this hotel is the pool area

The room at this place where horrible. I had to switch room 3 times! The first two had so much moisture the whole room was damp. The room we had to settle on had everything hooked up with extension cords and no where to charge our devices.
